Room selection for a family was very poor as directly over main ballroom with three weddings over the weekend and very noisy. Selected a room with a two doubles and they "upgraded" us to a king plus sofa bed. Not ideal for comfort and would not do that again. Room size was great though.

For a 5 Star Resort I would recommend to go nearby to Avon Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch instead. This Four Seasons is very confused about what level of service they offer for this price

The Main Restaurant was closed for 3 days during our stay, Front Desk is confused on most aspects of what the hotel offers There is no service for food or beverage at the pool, We were sent out of the spa 2 hours early in error by staff This place needs some serious training and should reduce fees until they get service correct. The best feature is the valet guys they are super and Johnny who rents the Electric Bikes in the Hotel

Hotel was under renovation during our stay. Demolition was in the next room and on the entire floor above us. Noise and construction dust was coming through the vents and settling in the room. It was construction noise in the room, at the pool, spa - no way to avoid it. We have been told that construction will stop at 5pm, but it was not true. We would come back from dinner at 8:30 and would have to step over construction tools (adding picture). We have complained to the staff and have been offered to change rooms to potentially move away from the noise, but no guarantees that there will be no noise, because entire 6th floor was under demolition. So we made decision to change hotels after 3 nights, instead of staying for entire week. For ruined vacation, hotel have sent a voucher for 1 night stay during weekday. It really looks like a poor joke. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Four Seasons.

Very few options of Restaurant and bar and very difficult to find place. It was always packed. There was remodeling and the noise started early (we didn’t rest well). The food was not what I remembered from other Four Season’s

I had a great experience at Four Seasons Resort Vail . The staff was super nice.

I am an intermediate/expert skier and if you plan to rent skis, Four Seasons services are excellent. They fit your boots at hotel and your skis are waiting every morning at Gondola 1 lift line and when day is over you leave skis at lift. No carrying skis back to hotel.

Pandemic issues put a damper on entire Vail Village businesses but I'll say they did a good job dealing with restrictions. Bar parties just were not the same though.
