The room was dirty maybe 20 year old flooring, crumbs under the tv. Like a lot. Tons of dust on picture frames, the room stank and the AC unit needed deep cleaning and maintenance. Lights would flicker and TV would cut out like it was a haunted hotel. (Faulty wiring not ghosts) furniture was also probably 20 years old. Place was just absolutely gross. I grew up going to super 8 this felt more like a motel 6. No, no, no don't stay here what a waste of $250 if it had free refunds I would have rather stayed in any other place.

Breakfast was adequate and staff was accommodating

Place was tired and worn. First room we were sent to was not made up and smelled of smoke. Second room reeked of smoke! Third room was fine but there was mold in the shower and sheets were paper thin.

Staff were great

Facilities could be updated

The location was convenient walking distance to the fairgrounds and music festival we were attending.

The carpet in our room was so filthy you couldn’t walk on it barefoot or your feet were turn black.

We heard a knock on the door at 8am and then someone opened our door while we were still in bed. Apparently the front desk marked our room we checked out and staff was coming in to clean. 😡
