Very clean, spacious, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was phenomenal and always stocked.

No soap during our stay of 4 days , nothing to shower with n was only told sorry. Mattress had two holes in it , asked for another room n told booked up . It’s a 5 floor motel . Dirty/dusty room. Wrote my name on tv stand on credenza. Eventually turned the bed around myself because front desk personnel were busy . Sad manager n lazy night manager . Should received some compensation back for miserable Xmas accomadations . Refund not points . Will not stay at laquinta’s again .

Miranda and Shayla made my stay very special. To be greeted by both of them when we came for breakfast made me feel like family. The breakfast was exceptional, because of the variety and the cleanliness of the breakfast room.

Unfortunately, upon my arrival, that was a roach, crawling up the wall. But we did not see any more bugs the rest of the trip. We did not report it. We simply killed it and enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property the only thing I liked about it. If I could have went over to the Hilton without loosing my money I would have.

The elevators didn’t work 1 barely did and the other one didn’t at all. One day the doors didn’t work having to walk all the way around you parked in the back. Couldn’t find ice on the floor I asked one of the housekeepers and they didn’t even know I checked three floors with them. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work and was NASTY!!! even in my sisters room, the bathroom doors I had to clean they were filthy.
