The bathroom was clean hot water and the tvs worked

Room was small and beds was very hard

It was clean.

It smelled a little musty. It seems a little outdated. Needs a facelift. Lots of outside noise from i-95 on the west side of the building.

Location. Beds were comfy, slept well, breakfast was plentiful but I’d rate it a 5 out of10 Liked the Paul Mitchell products.

Our room STUNK like urine. Wasn’t very clean. We were so exhausted we didn’t have strength to consider moving everything again

The room had a dog smell. There were spots on the bathroom ceiling that looked like, "At one point, there was mold, but it was coming back." The ladie who checked me in did not say where the elevator is located. She was not informative at all. They did not do a good job cleaning the room or the facility.

When checking in we were told the elevator was only going to the 3rd floor, but we were still given a room on the 4th floor. The non carpeted floors in every common area were dirty with footprints and trails. The stairway to the 4th floor smelled like a wet basement and cigarettes, and there was a pile of cigarette ashes at the top of the stairs where the door to the hallway was also held open by a side table from one of the rooms. Our rooms door was coming off the hinges and had to either be slammed or lifted to close. One of the beds made an insane amount of noise even when a 30 pound kid on it.

Breakfast was fine

AC did not work. Tub would not drain. Blood on towel when we checked in.

The room was dark, outdated, floors were dirty and there were cockroaches in the room around and on the refrigerator.

The cost of the room didn't match the hotel..

Room was clean, affordable, right off I-95, close to Super Target and several eateries. Staff is very pleasant, accommodating, polite and accessible. Pool is wonderfully warm (hot tub needs a scrub). Breakfast is amazing: Scrambled eggs daily, bacon or sausage links, make-your-own waffles, breakfast potatoes, cereal, yogurts, toast/muffins/bagels - everything a continental breakfast SHOULD have! Lots of coffees and flavored creamers, plus juices. Nice clientele, too. I also thought it was nice that the hotel was now "home" for hurricane displaced families and they were being treated as we were.

The first 2 days & nights there was no hot water...very unwelcoming for folks who traveled all day. We called down the 1st night & were told they were working on it. The second morning we were told they were replacing the boilers. By Christmas Eve we were able to have a HOT shower. Also, having to ask for room cups and extra towels was annoying (we never did get extra cups), but that's a small inconvenience compared to NOT having HOT WATER.

The beds were very comfortable.
