Location is ran down. The parking lot had so many pot holes. The hotel was hidden away and the parking lot leading to it was full of glass!
The bathroom wasn’t clean .
The lamp didn’t work on side of the bed and there was no over head light in the room.

No breakfast served. Coffee maker broke. After a three week stay no bonuses were offered ie…. Free night, discounted weekly rate. Pool was filthy.

Never got to stay feel like I got scammed out of 60$ bc the property wanted a deposit that cost more than the room this wasn’t in the agreement I paid and booked through booking.com but was in able to come up with the deposit because it was so unexpected.I would like a refund also the staff were very rude and disrespectful

My white socks was dirty from the walk from the shower to the bed, sink was leaking,a/c into really didn't work, bed was uncomfortable, and they remodel but gave me a unremodel room that needed a better cleaning

The tub and toilet was clean.
Bed linen was clean but wrinkled and bed looked like my 5 year old made it. Floor was filthy. Hair rubber bands on floor and just dirty. When son returned from pool they got water on floor so after his shower took towel and dried floor. Towel was black with dirt. Old everything needing replaced. Not like pictures on site. I took pictures to show. The are was very poor was afraid to go out alone. Had to put deposit to stay of 50.00 and they went down and inspected before refund. If you use card it takes 2 weeks to get get returned. I asked for receipt the night before and they gave me room bill. I was worried.

They stole my deposit and never returned it to my card. Not only did I get disappointed by the quality of the room itself with the tv not even working, I also was forced to pay double. Unacceptable. I would never stay there again.
