The first set of rooms we got were not clean and had to go to different rooms because there was no housekeeping staff on duty.

I'll never go back, this place is disgusting, smells like vomit and pee....fridge didn't work and smelled horrible!!! BUGS ROACHES AND MILLIONS OF BED BUGS!!!

The size of the room was nice.

Firstly we had no remotes in the room for either TV. The second day the lights in the first room would not work. That is the only source of lighting. We changed light bulbs still wouldn't work. Had to use our phone flashlights to see. The room advertised as to have a pull out couch. It did not work. The main entrance had a water leak so all carpet was pulled up all the furniture was covered in plastic. Should of gotten a reduced price. When I checked out I told the front staff the issues I had all she could say is we know the pull out couch is broken. The lady at check out was not very friendly.

Room was clean and very relaxing. Check in and out was a fast process. The staff was helpful.
