Room was clean and fairly well updated for the price and location near airport. Free airport shuttle. Staff was friendly.
A lot of shady people hanging around the parking lot and staying next to us in the hotel. A number of rooms in our area had a loud party going on until 3AM making it difficult to sleep.

The bathroom door was not set properly and would not close.

I have stayed here a few times. This time there were a lot of people who were rather questionable out in the parking lot or walking around just outside my room all night. There must be a business close that has large trucks. There was loud bangs all night. I didn't sleep well with the noise and the people outside my room all night.

The pool and the breakfast was great and the location was good and it was nice and quiet
I feel like the housekeepers should double check rooms since the room we stay in had sticky patches. And also a red marking in the bathroom and by towels

We had issues with the TV in our room which took quite awhile to solve. Our toilet became plugged and was not fixed before we left. We asked for a taxi to be booked for the morning earlier than the shuttle was available. We were told this was done but no taxi appeared at the time we needed it. Thankfully there was a shuttle available so we didn't miss our flight.The staff member that caused this issue was not available for us as we left before she came on duty.Not reliable so beware.

It was close to my conference. I and my partner were attending near the Bilmore area.
One of the beds had a pillow case and had lipstick on it. The room didn't have a map of where the ice machines were located. I had to walk around and ask other guests where the nearest ice machine was and sisnt hv a mini frig. Also, I have food that needled to be stored in Mini Frig and there ws none. My stay was just okay it was noisy from other guests 😒 walking back in forth outside out door talking and yelling loudly and when that ginally stopped the out side traffic noise was lout we were in the back of the hotel next to the street, it was like sitting outside. Over all the room was good for what we needed for a overnight stay

Sink clogged. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Had to brush teeth in bathtub. Room appeared dirty, old. Shocked to pay $329.00 for a dumpy room.

There was a bed for me to sleep on and a hot shower. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.
Terrible service all around, except the guy in the morning was fine. The floor was dirty. There were stains on the walls. The shower head was at about 5 feet high. They don't run shuttle service after 9pm but when I booked and told them I needed the shuttle for my flight that arrived at 11:30pm they said that would be fine. They didn't answer the phone for 20 minutes when I was trying to call for the shuttle. Since the shuttle ends at 9pm, I ended up having to spend more for an Uber.

Very old hotel in need of updating. Could hear everything in neighboring rooms. Saw two sex workers servicing rooms the one night we stayed. Was very expensive for such a gross hotel. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

Staff was very helpful with refunding our money for this room and got on-line to help us find a diffrent place to stay
Walked into the main lobby and noticed how dirty the floors were. Went into the lobby bathroom and it was disgusting. Opened the door to our room and was hit in the face with a strong musty/gross smell. Looked around in the room and noticed the carpeting was flitty. The base of the dresser had water damage and dry-rot. Went into the bathroom and the ceiling area in the shower was filled with mold. looked at the pool area and they had 6 chase lounge chairs with which 4 of them were broke. Put our luggage back into the car and checked out.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The carpets were dirty, because when we walked on it my feet got filthy and the bathroom floor we washed ourselves and it turned white towel black, so I’m not sure the last time they wash that floor. some days our garbage cans were never emptied.
