Hot tub foamed like it had Dawn dish soap in it. No sheets for pullout couch even though we rented the suite with kids. Breakfast was not good.

There must have been a big mix up with rooms. There was black stuff blowing out of the air unit onto our bed. The sleeper sofa was not usable due to being so wore out. Breakfast was ok. Definitely didn’t like getting two phone calls at midnight verifying who was in the room.

Air conditioner was not the best. The front office staff was rude when I checked in.

our list is extensive::remodel is 2 1/2 stars and that’s being generous constant stale air smell room attendant barely spoke English and couldn’t understand simple requests such as Towels Only the second day No USB PORTS VERY drab room colors not restful and peaceful colors refrigerator only barely cooled could not use it microwave was in an un handy place and didn’t look sanitary couldn’t use it requested a decent view. that was ignored our room was located above the huge trash dumpster I am not only disappointed I’m repulsed clearly requesting a view was taken as a joke or dare us to complain. continental breakfast was awful biscuits were soggy on bottom gravy was icky No sausage no bacon strips waffles were ok I guess. check in was horrible..our name couldn’t be found our confirmation number couldn’t be found our phone number couldn’t be found or address We were finally found under A. the room was reserved under…And Karen Hester. I reserved the room under Tim and Karen Hester. we we’re getting very irritated and worried our money had been withdrawn by a scam!!!!! bottom line we are very unimpressed and Will never recommend this hotel to anyone but definitely will complain about it to anyone who needs to go to Elizabeth Town

I liked the room the way it was set up. The office chair was a hit with me and my son.

The elevator was so slow.

The staff was very kind and helpfull. They were able to assist me with directions and information about places to eat, where they were located, and when they closed. Their little shop had some snacks, an drinks at a reasonable price. The breakfast what about what I have come to expect from a hotel.

I have no REAL complaints, but if is was to be OVERLY picky, I did not like the shower head in the shower, it was pretty crappy. And my other issue is little to no reflection on the establishment, but you could hear people running up and down the halls from inside the room, which is half the construction of the establishment, and half the fact that a bus load of high school students were staying the night. Neither issue had a real impact on my stay.

Very convenient to the highway and close to restaurants. Also very clean with friendly staff.

The size of the room and the bed was extremely comfortable.

It’s almost to minor to even mention but the toilet paper holder was very rusted and nasty looking. They should probably put in a new one.
