it was close to my attractions

well on the first night my vehicle was vandalized and the property was managed poorly…I explained the situation to booking and asked for a full refund which they basically refused…went on about cancellation fee’s that wouldn’t have been needed if the property was secured properly…not only did I pay in full for the first night but also had to pay the cancellation fee on top of having to pay for another hotel… I was on vacation trying to enjoy life but not expecting someone to break into my vehicle and then have to spend extra money… booking and the comfort inn needs to do better,for now on I will not book or reserve I will handle on site in cash and booking will hear from my lawyer

Breakfast actually was good

Seats in breakfast area are broken ice machines are broken only one works downstairs thought the elevator might stop it was very hesitant Breakfast was good But in my spa bath room the chair was torn the couch had big yellowish stain on it I didn’t even sit or lay on it the telephone keypad was burnt and discolored.. I might not be so dissatisfied if I had a regular room but for a spa room I was cheated greatly!

Bed was soft

Staff was rude we stayed for 3 days called for room service cleaning never happened had to get towels and take out trash and get trash bags all because of the lazy ass staff and management was not compassionate and understanding of me being up set and to be honest the room was not up to par to begin with I will never book there again and definitely wouldn't refer no one there if I didn't know any better they was racist as well due to the tone of interacting with me was different than other races were handled

There was $100 charge as soon as you check in. There was roaches in our room and the staff was extremely un friendly
