It needs upkeep, the stuff works but it’s falling apart

The area was very bad & the floors left our feet black before the manager had them re-mopped.

I woke up with numerous bites from bed bugs. it was a very unpleasant time.

Normally I really like it there and feel very comfortable.

My bathtub didn't drain and unfortunately I didn't realize that until the morning when I attempted to take a shower in the morning 7am. I tried to address problem with office but I didn't feel like I was being offered a fair enough solution, her authority was limited and management scheduled days off are weekends... So having spent all morning trying to deal with solutions for shower problem ie fixing shower by staff and myself, long conversations going round and round to move to another room (without me being charged for it) time was now about check out. I have 2 kids, my boy is 14 with autism and a six year old little girl so it's very difficult to accomplish tasks quickly and I know that so I try to schedule accordingly. And yes I understand that is my situation and not the hotel's responsibility to accommodate, typically. I believe that due to the unusable shower it would be fair to consider all my time used on working with them finding a solution that involves me and my kids being able to shower before attending my mother's birthday that day. At check out time a man from the office came to the room and said I needed to check out right now if I wasn't going to pay for another night, I was a bit taken back because I was just in the office not 10 minutes prior. He said that he would give me 10 or 15 minutes to get our things out otherwise I'd be charged late check out.

filthy, window and mirrors not clean. empty garbage filled properties around. hallways with cigarette butts! prostitution knocking on door at 6:00 am. not grout on bathroom floor! sparkle job in bathroom unfinished and unpainted. .

We did not have breakfast. The property is clean, the staff is nice and the location was fine for our purpose.

The neighborhood is kind of seedy. The property is not elaborate, but it's a good value for the money,

the staff were friendly.

my room smelled weird and wasn’t very clean. There was someone’s hair left on the blow dryer and the next morning when I woke up there was a roach on the curtain!..

The property was maintained, unfortunately, for no fault of there own, it brings the occasional unsavory character. The rooms are nice, roomy, everything works, but what makes it better in my opinion is, the customer service. Top notch customer service. You approach with respect, they will give it.
