The bed was decent.

The Shower was garbage. Spray head was worthless and mounted too low. TV was sitting too low. Bathroom was too small, hard to close the door once you go in. No breakfast was offered and no warning of this was offered before the cancellation deadline. Very unhappy.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights one room was fine 2nd room had no remote for the TV, no refrigerator. The Toilet was clogged and I was given a plunger and several towels to unclog the toilet and clean up the overflow from the toilet going over. There was no ice machine and I was charged $10 extra for each room for a non existent breakfast. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And twice one both days I asked to speak to a manager and still nothing.

Everything it was a horrible stay and it ruined my vacation with my father and grandkids. I don't understand how it's advertised LaQuinta by Wyndham yet they don't have to have the Wyndham standards.

Breakfast no waffles got there before 9am about 8am ran out of a lot of items asked if there were more said no not good

This place is dirty and unsafe rooms were not ready at 10pm at night then the room we we’re given was not cleaned beds unmade.

This place is disgusting

It was close to other hotels so I didn't have to drive far to switch hotels.

Quite possibly the worst LaQuinta I have ever stayed. Dump. There are better homeless shelters. The parking lot littered with meth heads and stoned zombies, the staff is numb, the facility is a pit. Breakfast was literally white bread and coffee. Check out the photos, you need to know more... don't stay here, sleep in your car, it'd be better

Nothing went well. I checked at early and was told to return at 3:30PM. I returned at approximately 4:10pm and was told my room was not ready. Posted check-in time was 3:30pm. Advised to return at 5pm. Was advised short of house staff. Declined the reservation and requested a refund. Stated I need to contact booking.com for a refund. I booked through a third party. Booking.com stated they could not refund my money without approval from La Quinta. Booking.com sent an email to LaQuinta seeking cancellation approval. Returned to LaQuinta and advised desk staff of the situation. Desk personnel advised they have not received any email from booking.com and the refund would come from booking.com. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LAQUINTA in Las Cruces. The facility is filthy, it appears the hired staff are not GOOD on-time workers and management allows homeless people off the street to enter the lobby and bother guests. Also, the facility is rundown and in need of extensive maintenance. This observation was made while I was parked before I entered the lobby…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! DO NOT STAY THERE—YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY can be a challenge.

Tha remote for the cooling system was missing a battery, the coffee maker was missing the filter holder. And the worse thing, the pool was OUT OF ORDER!!!! and the lobby area was darn hot!!
