The location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants close by and just up rhe street from the mall. The staff was friendly and was accommodating even when I woke up late.

There was a cockroach that showed up and was behind the curtains next to the air conditioner. I killed it but where there is one there is a lot more around

The breakfast was mediocre at best. Apple I got was rotten. Not a great selection.

The sheets were dirty. The sink would not drain. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. The hallways smelled awful!!

It was pet friendly and provided rooms specifically for that matter. The front desk and everyone were so sweet and helpful. Excellent customer service. Breakfast was great with options .

I would have to say no bathrooms in between where if your swimming or doing laundry you have to go all the way to the room, or ice machine being all the way by the lobby. That’s just a few things but I still love the property and felt good there.

rooms were filthy. smelled badly, dust piled up on furniture, lamps shades etc, comforter full of stains, hair in bed sheets, toilet stopped working, shower/tub had rust and stains. There were people hanging out all night in the hallway, trash cans over flowing on the property. The carpet and walls throughout the property were filthy and the place smelled of mildew. I had to check out and find another place. I could not take it.

There was no handicapped access at the back entrance so I could roll my suitcase up over the curb easily, but, more important, the dead bolt did not work in my room door and when the front desk sent me to another room, that dead bolt did not work either. This is true security issue and all of the dead bolts in the motel need to be checked. Also, the motel is at the end of the runways for the Salt Lake City Airport. Of course, I had no way of knowing that until I arrived.

We were there during renovation so things were not the best on our floor.

Location and breakfast options were good.

The smell in the room was horrible -no other rooms available to switch. Upon arrival the elevator had smashed bag of chips and wet pool towels on the floor with blood from what looked like a bloody nose. Something was causing my allergies to flare big time in the room. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable.

The lady that checked me in was nice and helpful.

Broken hair dryer that started to smoke when turned on Mold in grout lines of shower Room wasn’t stocked well with basics

The front desk staff was great and the hotel is in a great location!

There were ants in our room, a burn hole in our extra comforter we asked for. Which we were told by front desk if we hadn’t informed them they would have assumed we smoked in the room and charged us the $250 smoking fee. There was also construction going on so it could be noisy at times.

The staff acted annoyed to have to help when u arrived for check in. Although it was almost 4 (check in is at 3) I was told no rooms were clean. They did not enforce that parents had to accompany 13 and under kids to the pool and there was a ridiculous group of boys that literally drove out every other family. And the pool water was freezing. We definitely won't stay here again.

I could have gotten my 150 deposit back they said I smoked in the room and stained some linen which isn't true I don't smoke and didn't stain anything

location is great! We were able to bring our dog with us! They have a nice enough breakfast and a clean eating area.

It is fairly run down, beds weren’t very comfortable. There was not a phone in the room to communicate with front desk. The hotel room door didn’t lock.

staff was great! very accommodating and friendly. Bed was pretty comfortable. Pet friendly and yet still clean and no smell.

Breakfast wasn’t great but ok. Our sink didn’t drain in our bathroom. Otherwise all ok overall.

The staff was not friendly. Random people smoking meth by the ice machine early in the morning. Pet waste stations not kept up, dog waste not picked up which is not surprising as there are no bags in the waste stations, people with dogs not on leashes. Purposely chose this hotel as it was pet friendly and we have service dogs. Asked to be transferred to room below us as my husband has a back injury, and they said they would transfer us in 2 days but never heard back from them. They have a rule that they charge locals $150 deposit, but that is not listed on ANY website so by the time you know about it you are already there to check in and have no choice. Over priced for what you get, I should have spent the additional $20 a night and gone across the street. People running up and down the hall all day and night, slamming the door to the outside. Smoking right outside the door. My bathtub diverter did not work, so you could only shower. Booked their best room as we were going to be there for 15 days while we were in-between houses, but we didn't even get to use the best part of the room which was the jacuzzi tub, as it was out of order. Should have gotten a discount on the room. Didn't try the breakfast, because they have signs up that say you cant take food to your room, but you also cant leave your pets in the room alone, so how do they expect you to eat breakfast? When I called and asked to talk to the manager the front desk gal hung up on me. I have managed hotels in the past, and would definitely not stay here again. Rooms and common areas desperately need upkeep. The sofa in the room was severely stained, I wouldn't even sit on it. It literally takes minimal effort to shampoo the carpets, or furniture. The bed was so used you rolled into the middle. No toiletries in the room besides 1 soap, 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. Walls were very dirty.

Good location, great price. The staff was very helpful and understanding.

The room size and the bath tub could be used.
