Dirty. Breakfast was disappointing Sticky dirty floor Wall paper falling down. Room stunk musty.

The pool area was amazing!

Breakfast was ok, but too far to get to comfortably. My mom had a broken foot so going to the other side of the hotel for breakfast was a tad difficult.

The room was amazing! Or, more correctly, the rooms were amazing! Lovely living room with kitchen corner (fridge, microwave and coffee maker), plus spacious bathroom and bedroom! Firm mattress, nice bedding, choice of pillows. PLUS the staff were all so friendly! Check-in guy seemed genuinely glad to see me. Our breakfast guy was so charming, even teased me a bit when I complimented him on the fluffy eggs. Woman at checkout really wanted to know if there was anything they could have done to make our stay better. (There wasn't!)

What didn't I like? I didn't like that I had to leave after only one night.

The room size and layout worked very well. We were there with family and had 3 rooms total. We were able to add a small table and office chairs from two of the rooms to be able to gather together in one room.

Not much hotel was gross front desk staff had a really bad attitude didn't want to fix my keys overheard him curse at a customer

Cleanliness was a no I cleaned the room myself there were people hanging around outside just really disappointed

Excellent staff, willing to go out of their way to assist and support you on your stay. The location is excellent for a stay in the Fox Valley. They are working on a number of improvements to the hotel.

We were actually unable to stay at the facility because of a failing air conditioning unit in the room. It was a during a busy weekend, the hotel was booked, and we had the last available room checked in for the night. We had to cancel our reservation and travel home.

Bed was comfortable, room was big. Location was good.

Room was musty smelling, hair on sheets and bathroom floor, floors sticky, fridge sticky, half the lights didn't work, pool was out of order which was the main reason we booked this room.

Breakfast was as expected. Location was far from room.

There was an odor in my room. I think it was just the age of the facility. I understand renovations are coming soon. Hopefully that will address that.

Good proximity to the highway

The room was dirty and smelled of old cigarettes. We had to move to a second room because there was pet hair and a cigarette burn on a chair in the first room. Carpets were old, torn, and dirty. I woke up with a sore throat and burning eyes from the smoke smell that had penetrated the furniture and carpeting. Beds were sagging in the middle. I could go on, but suffice it to say that I would never stay here again!

I liked that the suite had a door between the bedroom and living area, which made travelling with children easier so we could get them to bed and still stay up. The breakfast was great- lots of selections and the staff did a great job of keeping the area well stocked and clean. We also really appreciated that the cleaning staff took an extra step to find a Lego set that we had left behind. We were able to coordinate with the hotel staff to have the Legos returned to us via mail.

There are signs posted that the hotel is due for a renovation- and boy, that couldn't be more true. The hotel is dated, and a lot of things need updating in terms of decor and ambiance. It makes it hard to feel like you are truly getting your money's worth when everything is kind of old...unless you are going for an 80's nostalgia trip, in which case, you are definitely getting your money's worth then.

Great location, room was huge! Wonderful towels and great water pressure. A really great room.

Noisy neighborhoods. We had a very early flight, they did quiet down around 10. Definitely not the hotels fault.

most of the amenities were closed. hot tub, sauna, and showers in the pool area were all out of order. the breakfast ended at 9:00am. would have been nice had breakfast gone until 10:00 or 10:30 then we might have been able to partake.
