Front desk just didn't care. Not a breakfast we have gotten at other La Quinta we have stayed at. The creamers spoiled. Tables dirty. It was a hot mess. Oh Front desk did say have a nice day when I checked out while looking at her phone

We tried to purchase bottled water at the lobby and it was cash only! Boo! They'd should have like a five dollar minimum and let us use a card

we were on the second floor and the last step near the top was broken, very unsafe and hard for us to get to the top.

Motel-style is my favorite with pups. Pet parents are relegated to the "back of the bus" rear rooms only. Makes sense. Good grassy lot behind building. Unfortunately the bros around here don't pick up poo. 🙄

Had to take a 2-double bed option for pet-friendly. Saw a small roach-like insect & ground crawling spider. Squashed both. 🙌🏾 Room smelled like it was a former smoking room. Understandable that this is now a pet-friendly room. The room would have met my expectations if I didn't have a pet fee topper.

wasn’t responsive when I messaged and called for them to put in a special request to have a crib in the hotel room. and they didn’t have any cribs. if They would have answered and told me that, I would have canceled the reset and rebooked elsewhere
