Nice hot breakfast. Room was clean and well decorated. Nice indoor pool. Coffee and tea in lobby. Cookies at 5pm.

$25 pet fee. La Quinta didn’t used to charge a pet fee.

There was a dirty Washcloth on the counter that had brown smeared on it. Grossed me out.

The lobby and public areas smelled like warm vanilla and pumpkin spice. The room was spacious, with a fake fireplace. We were situated near to the stairwell to take dogs out easily. Lots of food and entertainment within walking distance

Peeling paint in the bathroom, poor temp control in the room (too warm)

The room was really nice. I just wished the fireplace had worked.

The pool was very cold

We had a great stay! The front desk was friendly, the room clean and comfortable with an extra pull-out sofa, the location was good, and breakfast was just enough. The hot tub and big pool were definitely an added bonus.

The exterior was under construction and we were surprised to see the state of the exterior when we arrived. It had no effect on the interior or our stay though.

Room staff and continental breakfast were all great

We loved the room and it was very comfortable. We reserved the most expensive suit you had. Unfortunately, our trip was cut 4 hours short as the power went off in the entire building. We had to scramble in the pitch dark and walk 3 stories down with all our belongings. We would have like to stay till out 11am check out and use the spa in our room again but we had to leave at 7am. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service from the morning staff. They seemed more concerned about having a smoke then trying to figure out how to help the situation.

The power went out and we had to leave 4 hours earlier than planned. We paid a lot to have our time cut so short.
