The staff was super friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with good linens, towels, and toiletries. We were pleasantly surprised with the well thought out complimentary coffee, tea and treats. We were upgraded at no additional charge.

The rooms were small the beds were hard. The rooms could be set up differently.

Budget Friendly! Small and outdated rooms, but the staff and cleanliness makes up for that. Bed was comfy and it was great having fridge and microwave. Coffee bar was amazing and lots of places to sit outside. Bakery San Juan is right across the street- an added bonus. Large grocery right next door and coffee shop a block away. Little bit of a hike from the ferry terminal, but only took us about 20 minutes- 10 minutes going back. Staff very nice.

Outdated and one of the hinges on the door had the screws strip out. Took a bit of work to be able to temporally fix that so we could get the door closed ( it was late at night so we didn't want to disturb the staff). Rooms are definitely on the small side!

Great location, you can walk there from the ferry. Friendly staff and will store your bags if you get in before check in

The room was exceptionally small and ill equipped. The shower didn't work. Thankfully there was someone around who could fix it. But when I went to take a shower, the dispenser that was in the shower stall was just for conditioner not soap and it was empty. Since the soap was in another area I basically rinsed with water. The light fixtures were meant for hallways not reading and there wasn't enough space for 2 people's suitcases so mine went on the desk. After I left I wondered if the shower was ever cleaned because the water couldn't be turned on.

If you just need a way station between outdoor activities, this place has everything you'd want.

The walls are a little thin; you can hear your neighbor sneeze.

There was no breakfast just like a snack spot with coffee or tea and some muffins and cookies . The location was pretty close to everything . The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

They’re very small rooms with only one bed even though I book it with 2 beds, No pets allowed and there was no cable or anything els just regular antenna tv. The worst was that the walls were so thin I could hear everything around me from next door to outside noises I couldn’t really sleep
