the jetted tub was awesome, the reason we stayed here
for the price of the room and what I paid for, I thought the room would be bigger and involve more.

We liked the room, it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Did not like the location and the exterior was very unwelcoming, very trashy looking.

Everything that was to be expected.
Just the loud banging that was going on, understanding there was renovations going on, didn't bother me, but that was just one bad ordeal of the trip. But again, it still was very good and would love to stay there again.

The front desk didn't know the area very well. We were told the abutting parking lot was a hospital parking area when in fact the parking lot was for Lakepoint Church, which is what we wanted.

People parking in fire lane. Could smell weed in elevator. Had to carry all my bags by hand. Only had two carts

Mattress was horrible air conditioner wasn't great the refrigerator didn't keep things cold and the television didn't work on local channels
