The location for us was perfect! We needed quick access to the FargoDome, and this provided just that. Also, there were a lot of choices as far as restaurants, and shopping so that was a great bonus for us in our down time. The property was clean, pool and hot tub was awesome. There were several children in the pool area, so this is definitely a family friendly property. The staff was so polite and accommodating. We traveled from really far away, and the manager was able to get us checked in before the original time. Side note: I did call ahead of time and made these arrangements, I did not just expect them to do it when I got there, so if you are in that situation, please be polite and call ahead. Oh, and the breakfast was perfect with several choices! When we come back next year for FargoDome this will be our property of choice!

The rooms were damp even when we turned air on and smelled like smoke ( in a no - smoking room). The cots were horrible. Bathroom floor was sticky. The breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was not great. I definitely look for decent breakfast if I'm staying somewhere. The pictures made this place look really nice but in reality the building was very humid and hot, needs a lot of cosmetic work, and the tvs were still using standard definition picture quality.

The pool was the best part. Kids loved it!
Cleanliness was pretty gross through both of our hotel rooms. Rotten apple Under the bed. Staff was one man and he was great for one man staff. Housekeepers did not knock either before entering our room !

if I could give ZERO stars I would!! there has been NO snow removal by entrance doors. You have to navigate a hard snow pile to get in and out. The "locked" entrance door doesn't close right without extra effort and slamming. Once you get in you are greeted with an overpowering scent of chlorine. The rooms are small, bathrooms disgusting-holes in ceiling tile, floors are sticky and not even fully stocked with towels. The "heat" in one room was either blazing hot or freezing cold with no in between. No matter how you adjusted. it was run down, housekeeping never came. JUST DONT DO IT!!

Very unclean!! Toothpaste on the mirror and frame, vanity had dried on “who knows what” on it and a chunk of something sitting on it. Tub had ground in dirt and was stained dark, marks of food/stains on the walls, and dust chunks hanging on the ceiling above the beds….and I can go on. Gave me 5 rooms to check and all were dirty. We didn’t need a fancy room, just a CLEAN room as my mom had one last radiation treatment the next day(1 night stay) and it was too late to move hotels. The male at the front desk was very unsympathetic and not helpful! Another female staff (Jessica) mentioned there was a “suite”’that was just deep cleaned, but he would not switch/comp this room for us (we had a regular room) and had her go back and clean our bathroom/vanity better. Jessica was great and the only reason we stayed.

close to west acres mall and other good shopping. one of the least expensive options in the area. pool was fun for our kids (3 and 7). we requested adjoining rooms with another party, and this was arranged and appreciated.
not clean. room was dusty, floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, and microwave was appalling. I had to disinfect the whole room with disinfecting wipes as I did not trust it being clean. hallways and stairs were also dirty. stains on the fitted sheet in the bed and sheet was put on inside out. shower was dirty with hair in it that was not ours…wifi was not working for the first day of the trip, which was half of our trip. the staff did not make an effort to fix this quickly. wish we could get some money back for all the inconveniences, but pretty sure that would never happen. we will not stay here again and will tell our friends about this experience.
