The room was nice sized and the hot tub in our room worked well.

Breakfast was overcrowded and items were not refilled. We had to eat in our room. The hot tub was not working and we were not informed at check in. It is the reason we chose the hotel. We were moved three different times by staff trying to find a room that was accommodating for our group. I had to pay for an upgrade. The hotel would not give compensation .

Breakfast was acceptable and they had free bottled water in the lobby.

We weren't told anything about breakfast times at check in. Person checking us in seemed inexperienced, didn't ask for my ID.

Close to where we needed to be.

Over priced for basic amenities. This was just a one right stay. Arrived later in the evening and left early next morning.

The bed and the couch was very uncomfortable. There was trash left in the room when we checked in.

recently updated but the ceiling in our room was still a little dinged up. Shelley was so kind and welcoming. looked forward to seeing her friendly face.

Very nice, cleanest hotel i have been in for over a year, and they were in the middle of a remodel.
