Nice n quiet. Very clean. Good location. Cool paper theme. Lots of food options right inside hotel, including Starbucks. Staff very nice, including housekeeping.

Bed was a little hard. Luggage carts so far from main front door.

The hotel bar

The location is what we were looking for. mMost of the staff was great.

No working ice machines, had to go to the bar for a bucket of ice. The service at the bar is horrible! For all of our stays this has been the biggest negative about this hotel. Because it was St Patrick’s weekend other bars were packed so we opted to try the hotel one again. Might as well bring our own drinks with us and stay in our room.

Nice size room. Clean, comfy beds.

The lighting was very dim. Needs better lighting in the room. The pool water was salty. The ice machine didn't work and there was no other I guess. Was told you had to enter the bar area and ask for ice.

the beds were horribly uncomfortable. the umbing was extremely loud- made a long squealing noise every time the toilet flushed and a knocking noise from the pipes throughout the night

The lack of basic standard amenities, like a microwave, standard basic TV guide of channels, and a hot tub. I can pay less somewhere else for better standard amenities. 😌

The location is perfect. We were able to spend the day shopping, check in, and walk to Victoria's for a nice dinner.

Parking could have been covered as part of the cost of the room.

Location. Have stayed here for years even as site has changed ownership several times. The art and use of books was interesting and impressive!

Room was 76 degrees! Thermostat set to 60 but no option for air conditioning. Night manager offered us a fan, and commented how lucky I was to get the last fan in the building. Sleepless night in swealtering conditions! Less money on decorations and more on building upkeep... elevator broken, public restroom had more stalls out of order than working, no hot water either. HVAC in need of repair.

location is great and the facilities have a lot of options. staff was great too.

the toilet had some issues with filling up and just kept running and the A/C made all kinds of noise when trying to sleep. other than that the rest was good.
