Comfortable bed! Location was good. The front desk person was really nice.

The toilet was dirty and the bathroom drywall ceiling was falling apart.

Location is great!!! Rooms are clean and comfy! Very quiet even though it sits off of a busy intersection of the highway!

Desk lady seemed a little irritated that we were checking in late, we had several kids with us because we were playing a baseball tournament in Hot Springs. The rooms coffee pot was missing the coffee pod holder, staff did go get one from a room that was not in service. Told me there was not fresh coffee and that none would be made until morning but was understandable because we were checking in around 9pm.

Very comfortable room and great location to Walmart and McDonald's. and small shops.

The bed itself was comfortable and clean...the clerk at night was nice.

Upon arriving at the Hotel the Fire Dept was called to investigate a possible Fire...determined it was not a fire! The couch in our room had a big hole in the front of the couch...the main front desk area smelled of cigarettes smoke..😑

Clean, comfortable, breakfast was good, and adequate towels, etc. We wish all of our hotel lodging was this clean and comfortable e we it’s a hot breakfast. Price was good. Thankful for Booking.com.

Staff was friendly, no issues with the room, very clean, GREAT pillows, decent hot breakfast, and very affordable.

Only complaint is that there is no entrance on the main street, you have to take a couple streets and come all the way around the back instead

Clean but old. Iron worked. Coffee pot worked. The refrigerator worked. Ice machine gave ice. Bed was acceptable, extra blanket and pillows would have been a plus.

Have stayed here for years, but everything is now so old and outdated it may be my last visit. Was so dark and dingy with all the lights on I still had to use my cell light at times to see things. Digital clock time was unreadable, microwave stunk and was missing a knob, sink faucet leaked at the base when water was running, TV remote was a piece of crap even with my own new lithium batteries - spectre programming has crap to offer, old lady at desk said she had no batteries to even try to replace in the remote (exchanged a few choice words with her attempting to try to tell me how to reset the POS remote). AC was so old and rattling I could not sleep well,
