Was no breakfast, when it mentioned breakfast Just had coffee and tea

the ac hummed & squeaked; no way to sleep. had a sign said how Green they were; but you had run the water about 30 minutes before it got hot. last morning could not get it hot at all. doors were locked to office; just talk to them thru glass. 1st impression; parking lot looked like it had been jack hammered. basically looked scary; couldn’t wait to leave

Good location, clean, and comfortable

I had ordered a Non-Smoking Queen. The receptionist said she had only one but it was on the second floor so would I accept a King Non-Smoking on the first floor for an additional $10. I said “No. I don’t mind going to the second floor.” Then she decided to give me a room on the first floor with 2 double beds at the same price as the queen, but told me thatI could only sleep in one of them (as if I would get up in the middle of the night and change beds during my one night stay?). In the end, the room I got was fine. It was not a big deal, but since I had a confirmed reservation, I had expected a smoother check in that did not include asking me to pay more than I had contracted for. It made the check-in a little uncomfortable, but other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Refrigerator made loud cracking noise about every 2 hours. I think it needed defrosted.

The room has trash in it from previous tenants.

The location is great! Loved the staff and its helpfulness and courtesy, professionalism. For example, two members of the staff graciously gave me driving directions to a remote location that I had to reach in a timely manner that saved me precious time, and I am eternally grate to the woman and gentleman on duty when I checked, eternally!!!

Updating the bathrooms would only help the facility's draw of customers... . Newer mattresses might also help...

Good, clean with a comfortable bed.

Breakfast only had cold cereal, the oranges juice was very watery. No bread of any kind. There was no desk and chair in the room which made it difficult to use our computer.

we booked a room before arrival to the site. once we arrived, there we no parking spaces for us so we had to cancel our room and we slept in our car

105 has a ghost. he was my buddy though so I guess I can’t really complain about it. the breakfast was stale Frosted Flakes. nothing more nothing less.

Small hotel very friendly staff. Very reasonable price for two in a king suite which was same as a double room under $90 for the night. Property was not brand new but it was very clean and comfortable. Laminate floor was older but it was spotless. Beds comfortable, water hot, fridge and microwave clean. I also appreciate that someone had beautifully repaired a very small hole on the end of the edge of the sheet with perfect stitches. They could have thrown it out but care was taken to fix and continue to use it rather than throw t in the landfill. If you want to pay for fancy amenities you probably aren't going to feel this little spot is up to your standards. If though you want a clean comfortable and safe place to stay then book here. Its well lit and parking in front of your door. The hotel sits right off the interstate and within a 2 minute drive from a couple fast food places and a Waffel House and gas stations. We will be back on our next trip through.

Pillows were flat but we travel with our own so it wasn't really a problem.

The ice machine worked and there was space in the room for me to do my morning exercises. The ice machine was noisy and it was hard to hear my DVD player.

Breakfast was not offered even though breakfast was included in the booking. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS FOR THE FOUR (4) DAYS WE WERE THERE!

Why no breakfast????

Went for breakfast at 7 am. There was NONE. Wasn't expecting much, but not even coffee.

Staff went out of their way to be rude. Toilet seat broken.

Great value, quiet, rooms in great repair and presented nicely.
