Room and bath were clean, bed was comfortable, pretty quiet and not to far from freeway. .

I had just driven in from Oregon and according to management, because of late check in(12:15 am), due to booking room through booking.com they had no way to confirm even though I showed them on my phone the confirmation number, pass code and the pending payment on my bank app, they made me wait 45 minutes before giving me a keycard. They finally called booking.com to confirm because it never went through their system at the hotel. The man said that they would get a fax from booking.com to transfer funds to the hotel. Then I had to pay a additional $50 as a deposit. In the morning I went down to the office and was told it would take 2 to 3 business days for the deposit to be returned. Later that day, while I was at my nieces bridal shower, I got a call from the woman I had spoken with that morning, saying I had to give them my credit card info because they still had not gotten a fax for the room. I asked her if she had my confirmation number and pass code and she said yes. She then said I shouldn’t have booked through booking.com. I then told her she needed to call booking.com like her husband did to get the transfer of funds and she hung up on me. At least the man was nice. Due to ongoing construction, there was no breakfast of any kind(the app said there was) and the portico drive was blocked. There was no ice machine on the second floor so I had to go downstairs.

I didn’t stay there a girl came up to me when I open the trunk of my car she was attractive and said what do you have in there I went inside the room for 10 minutes and then her in a man were walking around my car I was completely uncomfortable and left I do expect to get my money back one day I drove till 4 o’clock in the morning to find another place and I was exhausted I would never recommend this place so far they said they could do nothing to pay me back for the night I did not stay and left because I was very uncomfortable.

The shower was great for handicapped people like me.

Horrible beds. So uncomfortable. Even went and bought a mattress pad but it still didn't work. Lot's of homeless people around the area. Didn't feel safe. Will definitely not be staying here again

Value for money was ok, a bit out of the city center, but fast food was available nearby

Parking was insufficient for the number of rooms, no parking available when returning if you go out for a late meal. No breakfast option

It is advertised that there is a free breakfast. If you consider breakfast to be only coffee at 7am in the reception area, then you're set. Otherwise, there is no other breakfast offered. Why advertise it if you don't offer it? The room was ok for the price. Stand up shower, no bathtub so it is a little cramped. Overall, the room was clean.

The beds were good. We were in walking distance to a Pete’s restaurant which had excellent food.

To start with, that Booking advertises this hotel with breakfast included, which is NOT TRUE. They only serve a regular coffee after 7:00 and do not have decaf. Upon arrival they tried to charge 30 more dollars with the excuse that we had reserved a smoking room when we had axreservation for a Non Smoking room. After insisting for more than 10' and showing my reservation, it seems that we were right. Very unfriendly management. I hope we get back the $50 that was a deposit which takes 3 or 4 days to be credited back to my account. BOOKING.COM praises themselves for having pretty decent hotels, not this time.

no breakfast, a very nice lacation

At first I got a terrible room , put away in a dark corridor, but after getting my luggage in the room , I got a phonecall from reception that I got another which was way better.
