i didn’t like much about it, the person who checked us in made us wait outside for 10 mins and the hotel was in a sketchy part

While not a pillow top mattress, the bed was comfortable enough. It was a pet room (which I was not told until check-in) but there was no pet aroma.

The breakfast was not as extensive as other Quality Inns I have experienced (ex: no hot eggs or meat). The price on the Quality Inn website was lower than the price quoted when I called. The employee blamed it on "third party sellers" but I was on the Quality Inn Marietta website. She did not want to hear it or to honor the listed price so I went to a third party seller to book it cheaper than she quoted.

the beds were hard, the hotel was old and out dated, there was a strong smell of marijuana the entire evening and night that we were staying there, the breakfast was sparse, there were men outside after dark around the entrance drinking alcohol and hanging out where we have to walk in, etc

Exceptionally cheerful, helpful desk clerk. Liked that I could walk to the Cracker Barrel located out front for dinner. Breakfast choices good. Room was clean.

Hotel needs renovation. Big water stain in hallway ceiling, shabby carpet in room. Room decor nothing special. King bed mattress too soft; caused a backache. Pillows went flat. Limited cable TV channel choices. Farther off I-75 north than I expected.

It smells. It was dirty. Had finger nail clippings beside the bed. Mold in the shower and did I already say it smelled.

Breakfast options were OK. Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwiches were good and a nice choice for protein instead of breads, bagels and waffles. Coffee tasted like very weak bean water even with the bold option...

The toilet did NOT flush, water just running constantly in it. We had to listen to that all night. We tried to fix it with no luck. I went down and told the front desk. He told me "it is what it is". He didnt have any other rooms to put us in. After I heard him say they had a King Suite available to a customer. So, he expected 3 of us to come from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor lobby bathroom when we needed it... Sink would not drain Ice machine did not work on 3rd floor, tried 1st floor that one did not work either after the maid told me to try that one. Could do way better with Customer Service

I came all the way from greenville sc for a football tournament. Me and my son were traveling & book this room .When I got their staff was okay kind of rude . After I checked in I took my son to the room , we began to get ready for bed & take showers. First off let me say there was no hot water and my bed was broke . When I went downstairs to advise the staff , he made me feel uncomfortable by telling me that he would have to come up to my room with me to check out the water & the bed . He began to ask me how the bed broke I advised him that I did not know & that I just checked in . He was more so debating back and forth . He finally assigned me a a new room which was a smoking room ! I could tell by the smell and the window was open .! & the pictures can tell you that the room was not clean ! We had bloody covers !!!

The location,easy to get to, close to restaurants.

It appeared that they may have been doing some work on the rooms, our room had some items left in the room along with sawdust on the floor. Our other room was covered with a fine dust. We did not complain, it was late and we were carrying in 5 sleepy kids. We were there to sleep on our way home from Florida.

Sink was leaking, saw little water bugs. I've stayed in a quality inn hotel before & everything about was good this one on the other hand was not it, they were doing renovations I think the workers were drinking while working but you get what you pay for definitely wouldn't stay or recommend this place to anyone

nothing at all, I booked a king room with a jacuzzi for $156, i drive 4 hrs and get there i get a king room with no jacuzzi, i show them my confirmation and it’s listed I booked a king room with jacuzzi but management wouldn’t acknowledge the booking…
