Location was great. We got to sleep and left for the last part of our trip. It didn’t have bed bugs.
We used Priceline and the manager/owner wouldn’t honor it. He said it wasn’t on his computer, even though I had the confirmation number, email and had paid. He charged us more to stay. It was sketchy at best and there were roaches. No bed bugs was a plus. It smelled musty.

ROACHES. ROACHES. ROACHES!!No AC in hall ways, no ac on in room when we arrived. It was 97 outside that day, apparently it was even too hot for the bugs. found 2 dead bugs in bathroom 1 unknown type , I picked it up with a tissue and flushed it. Then while reaching for the toilet handle saw a huge dead roach on floor behind toilet. The frig was not turned on either. The whole building smelled. While walking to office to demand a refund I saw something on hallway way carpet floor, not quite sure if it was a another dead bug or a raisin. I was kindly offered another room but declined and ask for a refund
The place was nasty. Dirty sheets. Hot room. Hot frig. ROACHES!!

Andy from the front desk was outstanding! It was late at night and he could not find my booking but he was determined to get us a room and finally found the last room in the hotel. Thank you for a restful night!

When leaving the next morning in the near darkness, beside my car, I set down a briefcase containing 3 notebook computers and several hard drives containing important personal info.. It was foud and returned by the manager. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!
The facilities in our room are a bit dated, but I noticed them at work upgrading other rooms.

I didn't like the surprise extra hold of money on my credit card, and the extra amount was processed on my card. I called the location to get my extra money back, and I was told that I have to wait a few days to it it back which to me is wrong! It's misleading to promote one fee, but charge another fee. Also, need more pillows.

the building is a little old. The sound proves are not so good. People yelling in the hall way woke me up at night.

Delayed check-in due to power outage. But, prompt knock on the door from housekeeping before 11am the next morning asking if we are checking out. Not the most clean.

The location was convenient to restaurants and travel to the business which I was there for.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The value was awesome - it is not a 5-star hotel but the water was hot, the bed comfortable, and the cleanliness as expected.

Lady at the desk was rude, the halls and rooms smelled like cigarettes, and there were cockroaches all over our room and we left soon as we seen that

Shady looking area. Room was very run down and needed remodeling.

The lady that was working when my husband checked in was very nice.
My husband and I rented this room because we had no water at our home. After hours of trying to fix it we decided to just get a room. When we got there we were so tired that we just went straight to bed. After getting up the next morning, we saw the condition of the room. The outlet in the bathroom did not work, even after pressing the reset button. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom had gaping holes at the edges. There was what appeared to be blood on the floor next to the bed. The trim along the bottom of the wall had numerous paint runs. The walls had holes where it looked like someone had punched the wall. There was only one light that worked in the room because none of the others were plugged up. When we tried to plug them up we found that there were no outlets they would reach to. The outlet by the window had such a loose connection that the light that was plugged into it would not stay on. The one that did work was plugged into a power strip that was sitting on top of the counter beside the TV. This power strip also had the TV, microwave, and refrigerator plugged into it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
