absolutely nothing

This place was DISGUSTING, the room was filthy, smelled horrible like cigarettes, curtain falling off the wall, holes in them as well. Holes in the walls, dirty bedsheets that were NOT changed and had blood on them, male pubic hairs on the bed, the hallways smelled horrible and was filthy, when arriving they did not have the room we reserved which was a two queen so they stuck us in a 1 bed room.

I would go there a hundred times more thanks to Carlito

Coffee and donuts

The guy at the front desk, while never there, was very nice. But you have to wait a few minutes for him to appear.

The hotel is a roach infested, cigarette smoke and pot smelly, dirty dirty dirty hotel. So gross!! The front facade of the canopy was also broken and falling apart. I attached just one gross corner of the elevator that was like that for my 2 night, 3 days.

Room was updated and clean.

Stairwell and lobby were dirty. Towels were like sandpaper. Tv was not clear.

We went with another couple and we specifically requested for both rooms to be either next to each other in front or within the same floor. once we got there the receptionist which was very rude to begin with said one of us was going to first floor and the other one on third floor even though the hotel had already emailed us back confirming this change was going to be ok however it wasn’t.

I didn’t like anything at all

No crib provided. There are bugs and roaches in the room. No breakfast provided. Rooms are not cleaned. Lobby is not cleaned. People are smoking in the lobby. There are more to tell. This space won’t enough to explain.

We found area booked. This was only place near where we wanted to be. We didn’t expect much from RRI and got even less.

…building showed age, lack of cleanliness didn’t help …desk help not helpful. called from room to get internet password…rang 10 times, no answer…tried again, no answer. called hotel directly and no one answered …no coffee maker in room…gap in furniture for microwave, but no microwave …no breakfast offered, just a hot pot of regular coffee, no decaf ….paid $100 and would not have been happy had it been $50 …this place was a near dump with very poor customer service …our last stay at a RRI

the hallways had a bad smell, bed was uncomfortable, the towels felt like sandpaper. the entrance way smelled.
