good location off of the Hwy

staff was dismissive, it was advertised with a continental breakfast but nothing was put out. When I asked I was told it was to expensive to feed people.

I reserved a room through booking.com, and, when I got there, they didn’t have a room for me, even though I reserved it 2 months ago I’m very disappointed with booking.com, I won’t use them next time I need a reservation, and, I’ll be sure to share my experience with as many people as I can

None was available. A small table in the office lobby was set up for holding bread or pastries, but none was ever offered.

The bathroom door was hanging by one hinge. The noise from the street was very loud. You could hear conversations from adjoining rooms as if they were sitting in your room. The TV only received one station. The A/C unit was very loud, but it at least muffled the voices from the other room when it came on.

Absolutely nothing to like about this place!

I didn’t like our first room that smelled awful and the tub had a visible soap scum ring around the entire tub with hair. I didn’t like the attitude I received when letting the front desk host know the tub was dirty. When she switched us to another room, The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and the wires were not attached. The carpet in both rooms were stained everywhere. There was a substance on the bathroom wall that appeared to look like blood and we discovered burn holes in the sheets. We had to leave our room, find the closest Walmart to purchase bedsheets, bleach, Clorox wipes and disinfectant spray. I also requested the 1st floor room and both rooms given to us were on the second floor, even after an email confirmation letting me know they were able to accommodate my request

The beds were uncomfortable, toilet didn’t flush , the rugs were very stained , no microwave in our room and the room had a funny smell a girl who was staying down stairs screamed for hours during the night

My resevation was cancelled and was given a room that was dirty, smelled horribly, and the key card did not work and had to be let in by management any time I left.

The entire room. There was no microwave, refrigerator or anything. I had to buy incents to cover the disgusting smell
