It was dirty.

Location was great. Near a bunch of things. Didn't eat breakfast.

Everything. There were problems everywhere.

The breakfast included and had lots of choices each morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful in any we needed!

I was charged $18 more than the guest behind me for the same size room. I presume it was because I was traveling for business (they could charge my company more). TV wasn't working in my room. Room next to kitchen area. Very noisy in the morning. Was asked if I wanted points or a snack. I chose a snack and was handed a $.50 bag of chips. Hardest most uncomfortable bed I've slept on in a long time. Sagged in the middle

we got there and weren’t expecting it but the room we ended up with had a jacuzzi in it! Considering it was our anniversary weekend and we hadn’t said anything to anyone or specifically requested a room with one it it- it was a NICE surprise! And a welcomed one!

Location Bed was comfortable

When I walked into my room there was a horrible smell, it almost turned my stomack. The breakfast was not good, scrambled eggs had water floating in them, the sausage grave was ice cold like it had been in the refrigerator and just taken out put in a crock pot but not warmed. Bisquits were like bricks

one of the mattresses in our room was older and squeeked, the other new and more comfortable, and the hide away had real problems.

the coffee was good and the choices of prepackaged food was good. We had a room close to the desk, no long walk. The breakfast made the lobby smell real god in the morning. The parking was great, close especially after dark.

The room smelled musty, the toilet did not flush completely, the sink ran water all over the sink counter. The cooked breakfast tasted awful. The desk clerks were VERY unprofessional taking personal calls and talking loud while I was being checked in. They were very nice to me, no complaints there. They also were not professionally dressed.. Neither were the maids, I couldn't tell who was a maid. I just was surprised because the name Comfort Inn is a big one and I feel I paid a lot for a room in Pittsburg Kansas (a relatively small town) and did not get what I paid for. I think one of my nights was $169.00. When I go to Branson MO I pay $80.00 and it is very professionally run. There are many "motels" I could have chosen but trusted a name like Comfort Inn to be better. I have stayed at them before. I am sorry I complained so much, but if I did not tell you you wouldn't be able to take care of any of the items I mentioned.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Good location. pool was good.

The bathroom door would not stay shut when you closed the door and the elevator quit working and we had to carry all our belongings down the stairs.
