they changed more money at the location then what was asked for on the app

Room was clean, comfortable, and warm.

The toilet clogged on the first use. Had to call to request a plunger. We were instructed to go to the lobby to pick one up rather than them come take care of the issue for us. Then received a call from the lobby saying they had no plungers and had to call maintenance. Eventually, someone did knock on our door, handed me a plunger, and instructed me to leave it outside the room when I was done. Also, later that night, a man—who I assumed was staying in the room next to us—stood outside our room screaming obscenities. My wife and small children were in the room to hear it all, and were scared of the angry man outside. We did not feel safe at this location.

Very convenient. Staff was friendly. Offer 10% discount to surrounding restaurants. Which are very good options. Waffle house, Denny's, Steak house and Tater patch.

Beds were not very comfortable. Maybe toast and bagel for breakfast.

It was a cheap room and I got what I paid for. :(

The door didn't seal so light shined through. The shower felt like I was going to fall through the floor.the room floor was uneven and coming apart. Bathroom fan sounded like it was going to explode. Very noisy location.

advertised included continental breakfast. it was only bad coffee with powdered creamer and basket of small granola bars. very poor don’t advertise continental breakfast if there isn’t one. just say bad coffee available

They charged me for smoking in a non smoking room. I don't smoke, and they had an option for a smoking room if I was going to, makes no sense. Also very rude management followed us around the building mid morning just looking at the surrounding area of the hotel we're staying. He said we were trespassing. Charged us 3 different bogus fees adding up to $65. Beware of these scamers

TV did not work. Our friends were not able to shower because the shower didn't work. Also you only get coffee.

The breakfast was minimal. The coffee was hot but weak and the pastry was individually packaged and small.

The dresser drawers were broken and all scratched up. The bathroom floor was in bad shape. The bathroom was so tiny the door couldn't open without hitting the tub. The beds were hard.
