Requesting a refund the day before and being completely ignored.

Michelle at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful, and the room was very nice.

For breakfast they never replenished the Orange juice the two days I was there, there was no batter for the waffles. Also there was no ironing board

It does have internal facing room doors. It was the least expensive room of that type. There was a pull out couch cor our son. There was a decent sized fridge, microwave, and verry roomy. No bed bugs or other insects that we could tell. It was quiet. We just stayed for 1 night to avoid some impending bad weather at home and catch a flight.

Bathtub paint was pealing off, like not a little, like a hole the size of my arm. Even though we were told there was a strict no smoking policy. The whole hall smelled like weed smoke. The sink nozel was super loose as was the lamp. Both felt like they were about to fall off

There were 5 of us staying in our room and there were only hand towels when we arrived. We had to go ask for big towels as well as the sheets to the pullout sofa. Breakfast was very slim pickings.

I had to keep going to the desk about the room key . it was going out so I had to keep going back and forth to the desk. .

We have called the hotel multiple times to discuss an issue with the manager but have not been able to talk to a manager. Manager has never been on duty when we've called. Despite leaving several messages, our calls have never been returned.

when I first arrived at my room it didn’t have any wash clothes or any type of towels
