Coffee Maker was nasty dirty. No Hot Water in Shower. Floors were Dirty!

There was a lot of live in residents that lived there and some of them could make you nervous.

It was a lower grade hotel

Nothing couldn’t stay the night there.

The staff was rude over the phone, when just asking a simple question if I still get charged if I cancel the room for that night. She said yes, I said ok well I’m coming. I called her again to see if there’s a way I could pay half card half cash, she then tells me she charged my card and put that I canceled the room when I never told her to cancel it at all in the first place. My card went into the negative and got a $35 dollar late fee on my debit card. So I drove up there to settle it out. I asked could I still stay the night and she refund that money so I can do half and half cash and card so the late fee goes away on my debit card. Then she says it’s $100 dollar deposit fee I said no I can’t do that u never mentioned that on the phone. Well it was on our website maybe read next time is what she said I was like ok fair enough well then she says I can call my manager see if they can not do the late fee I said ok great, she then comes back to say here is ur refund for tonight ur not allowed to book with us no more. I thought to myself thank god lol, but also wow u could had refunded me in the first place. And here rudeness on the phone when I was worried about my card in the negative her response was it’s not my problem I don’t really care, and I said it was ur problem cuz you cancelled my stay without me telling u to do so😂. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT !!!!!!

The service is rude and doesn’t care if you have money they don’t like white people

The staff were very nice

On your web site pool is listed they don’t have a working pool and haven’t for a while. Beds are ? Full size not even Queen and terrible got there late which they were aware but only stayed the one night. No sleep due to bed

We didn't have breakfast at the facility. The overnight accomodations were good.

The facility, staff and overnight stay was good. No complaints here.
