The front desk fellows are nice

First room: dirty laundry on floor, broken shower door bottom, drunk in hall. Switched rooms. Second room: across from the industrial dryer / construction..(I asked for a refund but was refused). Third room: still close to the dryer. Sink light flickered constantly, the hairdryer sparked from the outlet then died. Reported to the front desk, was supposed to be fixed but wasn't, though maintenance*did* turn the TV on to watch sports. No housekeeping. Upstairs was an apparent Dinosaur Dance Party- endless running, dancing, jumping until late (2am) first night. Complained to desk. Next night happened again, complained to desk, apparently room is occupied by kids- they were quite for about an hour then started up again. Generally, extreme disrepair, wallpaper flapping, hallways dirty with what looks like paint chips (third floor) and occasional debris. Doors are a mess. Bushes full of trash (booze containers, lighters). Sketchy people around (intoxicated, unaccompanied children running in hallway)- did not feel secure. I seriously would of left if I was able to get a refund. I travel a bunch and hardly ever complain, but this was horrible.

The soda machine was always broke & you couldn't get anything to drink from the juice machine, after breakfast hours.

It was not cleaned to my standards, service was not good, the room smelled like cigarettes but it was supposed to be non smoking and there was burns on the toilet.

Room was nice, a little dirty but the sheets were clean so I was happy!!

Room looked a bit old and needed to be vacuumed but other than that It was great!! Staff was really nice. Locations a bit sus so beware if ur traveling alone! Nothing weird happened to me but I was just extra aware

The staff was nice, the water was hot, the bed felt great, breakfast was good to my kids and they felt comfortable being there.

My bathroom door was off the hinges so it made it hard to go in and out. The beds were comfy but small. I wished I knew more about the amenities. And no one likes a deposit but I get it lol!

The room was nice

When checking in the guy was dismissive when I asked to see the room before I checked in. The elevator was broken. And the key card scanner was not working when trying to re-enter the hotel at night. The lobby bathroom was out of order. The carpet needs to be shampooed. Most definitely not worth the price as listed. I would rate it a 2.5 to 3. NOT SATISFIED
