Spacious room, loved that our room looked on the indoor pool. Kids loved the pool , good variety of slides and things for the kids at the pool.

Facilities were starting to age a bit, some things we old, scratched or slightly broken. But didn’t affect the quality of our stay. Water in the shower was warm but not really hot.

The lady that checked me in was very friendly.

The hot tub was not in working order and no one mentioned that so decided to use the pool which was ice cold!!

Staff were rude. Staff asked my nephew if he was a guest at the hotel when he was in the lobby. He was there to ask if there was a gas station near by. Staff told him yep 9 miles away when there was one around the corner from the hotel. Spoiled food in the refrigerator which we had to leave in the hall. No cold water, sink had an annoying leak, the toilet didn’t flash right. We felt like we were discriminated against. Never staying there again. Lastly, we were double charged for our room & the front desk lady wouldn’t make the connection. She got upset because we kept asking when the charges was going to be corrected. All in all ugly place to stay!

Needs serious deep clean and upgrade. we have no room service during our stay. Sheets were dingy, room clearly had been smoked in despite being non smoking hotel. Waterslides need maintenance snd water shuts off mid slide leaving our kid with rubbing and rashes. The breakfast was okay, but definitely could be better.

Pool false advertising, it was broken down.

The cleanliness and how the hot tub was destroyed and the pool was filthy.

They did not accommodate me. I did not get a room

They did not honor my reservation. When I got there, I was told they did not have a room for me.

I’d like to say that the staff at this hotel made our trip. I’m so horrible at names but pierced beauty w tatts and big booty. and the new girl training. breakfast and the Christian all these employees EXCEPTIONAL best trip ever! great breakfast. great employees and sick pool. def coming back/ we loved all y’all. shalom shalom be blessed till we return✝️🙌🙏🕊️❤️

Very comfortable bed. Mexican restaurant next door (El Sombrero) is very good. Easy to get to from Interstate. Clean room with two mini fridges and a microwave.

Breakfast is over at 9 and by a quarter after there isn't even coffee. Refrigerator in room was a little noisy but easy to unplug.

I recently stayed at this hotel and i was thoroughly impressed with my room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets that were provided. The bathroom was also very clean and had plenty of fresh towels.

It was OK, but a little bland. Coffee and Juice were good.

This was a winter time stay and I was dissapointed in the Parking. Parking areas were not cleared off and packed with ice which made parking and walking difficult. I slipped once and almost fell down.
