Large and spotless

Room was comfortable- price was reasonable -

Pool was being cleaned during the evening so unavailable to be used. Stayed previously, and there was a continental breakfast... this time there was none and the restaurant was not open. Arrived and there was no toilet paper in room, but staff did quickly provide it when asked. The air conditioning unit was also noisy and the staff corrected it

it was noisy, facilities are old, room service and cleaning was not regular

Clean and comfortable room

The coffee machine was broken and was not repaired after I reported it. No complimentary breakfast. The water pressure was low.

Bed was comfy when we finally got a clean one

Sink was clogged, the bed had a French fry on it and a stain, towels were stained and shower had other people’s hair in it!

It was very good quality for the money. It was clean. Staff were helpful and printed documents and gave us bottled water.

I like really dark rooms to sleep and the blinds weren't blackout so i found it hard to sleep.

this hotel was great we t with family for a funeral the staff was amazing rooms are very spacious

the room was spacious and clean good value for money

mattress was on the soft side housekeeping was cleaning rooms on our floor well after 9pm... our sleeping baby did not appreciate that

Jacuzzi bath was exquisite.

Breakfast was AWFUL, HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE.

They gave room away even though we checked in around 4 in the afternoon… desk clerk struggled to find a clean room so gave us a suite. Had asked if it was clean which was a lie, or no one is thorough. Ww had dinner reservations so we didn’t look much just put bags in, did not come back until late evening. Hot tub was not clean, shower had long dark hair everywhere, gross toilet. Dirty dishes in kitchen, sex cards in living room. At least manager apologized and I guess they are understaffed. She comped us a room for next time, I don’t think we will be back though.
