The staff here was kind and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. We especially liked the waffles. All in all it was a good room for the price and people working here are very kind and helpful.

The hotel is a bit outdated. I guess I expected a bit more up to date hotel. But it still had everything we needed and was a good stop.

The staff is always helpful and accommodating.

The lobby looked great. The check in clerk was awesome

But when we got to room it was disgusting. The room reeked of mold and water wouldn’t drain in shower or sink. Dead crickets behind toilet and mold in the shower door grooves. Humidity in room was stifling

WAY over charged me , even after I showed then the email confirmation........

lady that checked us in was not friendly and didn’t provide any info other than here’s your room key. nothing about you will still be charged $9.95 sales tax that didn’t get paid thru Booking.com. or that there we be a $50 deposit held. Rooms smelled like wet dog/musty; the pool water was green others that booked directly with hotel didn’t have a $50 with held deposit js

We loved everything about this property! The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, housekeeping was phenomenal and last but not least, the staff was very respectful, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. Katie & Samantha at the front desk were the absolute sweetest young ladies and one of them even surprised my husband and I with free Bret Michaels Concert Tickets after we got out of work one day. To say that this was the best experience would be a true understatement!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool and hot tub were always in use so we didn’t get to enjoy it ourselves.

Pool not able to use hot tub was not working. Fixed later. Will not take cats.
