Room amenities, pleasantness of staff and at a location close to nearby restaurants / coffee shops

There was no breakfast available, only coffee at 7 am.

Earlier coffee availability would have been nice, with doughnuts or something.

Location was remote and industrial kind of.

Desk staff was kind and accommodating. Room was above standard for price.

Location was a bit uncomfortable safety wise.

I just don't like how far out in town it is

The room smelled like cigarettes and urine. It was really bad. If I would have had my family with me I would have complained and asked for another room. There was a long hair on the bathtub and a piece of garbage on the floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful, unlike many Rodeway inns. Grounds were clean, units were well-kept. High crime area made the stay rather uncomfrotable

fear of having my vehicle broken into, and watching others repairing damage from the same.

left my credit card in the machine and the clerk eventually reached out to me and let me know. Chinese restaurant next to the hotel served food to go and was only a 2 minute walk away.

both vending machines for cold drinks were sold out. had to confront another guest who turned up between 11:00 PM - 12 midnight running his mouth. He took one look at me and shut his pie-hole up very quickly. Do wish people would realize that in the absence of any wind or rain, one's voice will carry very well and even talking in a normal voice is going to sound VERY LOUD.

The location was great to access either downtown/city center and I-84 either north or south bound. I was expecting to hear a lot of road noise being so close to the freeway, but our location in the back building prevented most noise, so it was easy to fall asleep & stay asleep. The room was large & comfortable and in good condition. Loved the flowers & vegetable garden. Staff was supper accommodative with a quick smile and able to answer all my questions with great ease. If I need a place to stay, I'll make reservation here again.

Our room was on the bottom floor so you do hear people in the room above, but that is to be expected. The one irritation was the guy with a very load muffler on his PU fired it up early in the morning and let it idle for a time before he drove off. But that's something that can't be help, no matter which motel you stay in. Big pickup with load mufflers seem to be everywhere these days.

Cleanliness of room. Microwave and nice fridge.

Would have liked access to coffee mugs and a tea kettle or coffee maker to boil water. The office provided small paper cups but we couldn't use them to boil water in the microwave.

I liked the beds they where very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The room was very clean, the bed was perfect, plenty of room to move around in the room. The AC worked great!

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower was extremely small. The one in my rv is way bigger!

rooms were very clean and neat. there was a folder, in a drawer there wasa folder that had info on nearby resturaunts. there was a clean mini fridge/freezer and microwave. just out the room there was an ice machine and a soda machine. insepected under the bed skirt and sheets no stains whatsoever.

bring some soap /shampoo not great quality but that's really not a big deal. and there was a part on the mattress that looked like a spring had broke but it was twards the outside of it and not pointy or sharp nor metal exposed.

No breakfast offered. Just coffee. The gentleman who checked me in said they decided not to offer it anymore after Covid. On arrival the gentleman had us booked in a room on the second floor. I really appreciate that he moved us to the first floor. He was very helpful.

I do plan to contact the ADA about not having wheelchair access anywhere on the property outside of a few ramps to the sidewalk. I understand it being an older property, but that is no excuse for not having a couple of accessible rooms in this day and age.
