We got there at 4pm our room wasn't ready and when we finally got into our room it had broken furniture, the fridge was gross,the remote didn't want to work until we synced it and none of the lights wanted to work properly. The elevator was broken, and they decided to put us on the third floor, having to go up multiple flights of stairs. The pool had so much chemicals in it that you barely could even breathe. Every child was coughing after 20 minutes. The restroom by the pool was dirty. When it was breakfast time, the staff could not keep up with food accommodations. You walked down the hall to your room, and half the rooms were out of commission due to broken locks, which does not make you feel comfortable at all.

Great location, have stayed there several times in the past

No communication between management and staff. We attempted to stay an extra night and were told all the rooms were booked but we could upgrade to a jacuzzi room. However the jacuzzi was not working but they still wanted to upgrade. Another clerk kept us in the same room with no problem but. My bill reflected a double charge for the room and no return of the $50 fee for the room. The room was nice, clean and well equipped but I’m pretty sure we will go elsewhere next time.

Staff great..room comfortable. Clean. Breakfast good. Enjoyed pool. Stayed here 5 days went to Kalahari Mt. Poconos and Claws & Paws in Ariel PA..Many places to eat close by. Plenty if store close to hotel.

Property was well taken care of, in a central location. Rooms were big! This property exceeded my expectations!

The pool is not heated but great nonetheless

Location was good !!!! First impression when I walked in hotel, look nice and clean. We checked in the staff was nice, went to the room that’s when I was shocked !!!  the Sun was shining in and I could see how dirty the real was …

When we checked in, we went to the room, the Sun was shining in the room I could see the headboard looks like someone tossed a drink on it. It was disgusting … I looked at the walls. They’re also dirty I needed to be repainted then I went to the bathroom. I got a smell off pee!!!  I immediately felt grossed out. I went to the front desk spoke to the girl told her I was not pleased with the room that it was filthy. She said she would call the cleaning manager. The cleaning manager said yes she understands it does not look good that they tried to clean the headboard, but it will not come off. I said that the room and walls didn’t look clean. She said she will show me the stains does not come off the headboard i said ok they should toss that head board ! So back to the room we didn’t unpack anything we left everything in the suitcases off the floor I was nervous walking barefoot so we walked in our shoes. Didn’t really touch anything we went and did our activities for the days that we were there .. also the first day I walked outside the hotel and straight into a pothole and almost snapped my ankle. It was like a comedy show. i was like it cant get  get any worse ..  so I went in to check the pool. It looked clean nice smell of  chlorine it look nice. We tried to get into the pool and was ice cold but heater is not working …. Went back to the room my daughter was opening the door and felt somthing on her head to fine a nest of spiders in the light above lollll it was a complete Horrorshow loll  I have to say the staff were really really nice place is a complete disaster, filthy, filthy, filthy !!! Called booking .com said get me out of this hotel to another one .. ye they gave me a number to call them back after Trip was over not good. Service

Easy location and friendly staff

Dated property breakfast was limited and food not available a lot of waiting for fresh eggs . Decoration was poor upstairs

They had a lovely lobby w/ a fire place & a nice size pool, very cozy

It’s convenience to my granddaughter’s workplace & it’s possible to walk to work from this property.

I thought I had booked 2 days; when in fact the front desk folks said: “U only have one day & that’s for tonight…” We have stayed at this property many times throughout many years & we were very disappointed @ this mistake. Since we use Booking.com for our travel accommodations & we love this particular Comfort Inn, would it be possible to give us a credit?

Very friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hot tub was broken and very dirty and the cable was out for our entire stay which was a bit stressfull with two kids.

We had an issue with the toilet in our room. The front desk immediately came up in person to check the status. She said she was going to contact someone to fix the problem. However, no one showed up before we checked out.

While the room was nice, the comforter on the bed looked worn. The toilet did not flush properly. The whirlpool was closed. (we were really looking forward to that, especially since we drove 4 hours to the hotel. The entrance to the hotel was difficult to find and I missed the entrance at first.

Dirty

The carpet is very dirty if you walk bare feet your foot bottom will get very dirty.

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

When I arrived at the facility, our room was not ready and the staff had to transfer us to another room because of the our room was not ready at all. The pool had a large spider in the pool and my daughter and her friend refusal to get into the pool. It was a very disappointment.

A lot of the amenities are a bit out dated( the pool was dirty with insects including huge bugs at the bottom - would not go in) , the hotel itself seems a bit outdated (tvs not working due to thunder and lightening two days prior) . I wouldn’t stay here again for the price paid, the staff did everything they could to make sure we were happy so that changed this review from a not so happy one to a decent one. Breakfast was great- it was complimentary which was a huge plus!

Pool, no tv service due to weather- we stayed here for one night so it wasn’t a big deal but maybe use a cable service that doesn’t go down due to storms since they are pretty common here.

All Staff were very friendly. Cleanness was excellent. Breakfast was great! Would recommend.

It was close to Kalahari which was the venue we needed to be at. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast includes. The staff was fabulous!

Needed major updating. Pictures missing from the walls. 3rd floor where we were smelled heavily of smoke when we got there despite being a smoke free hotel. Holes in the walls.

The staff was friendly and nice. The place was very clean. It's location is 10 to 20 min away from all the attractions . It's practical in walking distances of gas stations and restaurants and grocery stores and Wal Mart .

The hotel in door pool was to cold to swim in . That is why no one uses it .

The tv was unavailable the whole time I was there plus the bathroom needs to be deep cleaned because of some mold
