Not clean

The location was convenient.

The room smelled terrible, no microwave, no fridge, no coffee pot, 1 towel, horrible service when I asked for more. It was a horrible experience and I will never return! The lobby smells like a wet ashtray.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful.

I understand covid screwed up everything! First of all, I reserved online 6 days before my stay. 45 minutes before my arrival, I received a call saying they had no smoking rooms clean. I was tired, so I said non- smoking was ok. I checked in and got to my room and was very surprised! Nothing except a bed, tv, dresser, and a bathroom! No fridge. No coffee maker. No microwave. No hair dryer. Rooms should be cheaper if they only contain a bed, tv, and a bathroom! I was a little upset to see I had to keep my drinks and snacks in my vehicle! I've stayed there many times as it's a halfway point on my destination, and I love the Mexican restaurant on the premises, but I may consider looking elsewhere close by for future trips.

Staff Friendly.

Did not have adjoining rooms as requested. 1 room was dirty when we checked in and they did not have another room with 2 beds available. Had to accept 2 king size rooms that were not close together. So, we ended up with 4 people in 3 rooms apart from each other. Very disappointing since I spoke directly with property on 3 occasions and was assured, we had connecting rooms every time I called.

Convenient off the highway

Very darkly lit and there was no a/c in the hallway!

The location was right off I -80. The desk clerk, Kierra, was welcoming, friendly, and professional. That’s where liking it ends.

It was the most run down, disgusting motel/hotel I’ve stayed in since I stayed at one in Vientiane, Laos. The bathroom had bubbling peeling pain( the grout on the floor and shower tile was filthy/moldy. The bed was terrible and the sheets and comforter were disgusting. O was happy to wake up without bed bug bites.

It served its purpose.
