Clean room and parking lot.

The $100 cash deposit requirement that was demanded at check in (1am). After a long convo, the night staff person finally agreed to use the credit card on file to hold a deposit. I was also questioned about the credit card I used and the card I presented. As long as the hotel was paid, it shouldn’t matt r which card I used! Very unpleasant experience at 1am!

The location was good

Dirty sheets Bathroom smelled like urine Comforter smelled like someone had sexual activity on it over and over Unswept and unmopped floors Outside smelled like urine and trash was everywhere

It was in a great location close to fort Jackson , not far from the airport and plenty of stores and restaurants near by.

Loud air unit and general environmental noise made for differicult sleeping condition. Manage to only get 3hrs of sleep. The shower curtain rod was broken and so the curtain didn't close fully. So my shower was short and difficult. Want only to run from this experience so planned to eat on the drive. After paying a overpriced room rate .. I was told I count take my food and go. Hotel rules eat food in facility only. Ridiculous. Will never use quality hotel again where ever this ruined all your chain by this one hotels service and facility.

Understatement.

The location from where i needed to go daily and the price. They straightened our room daily.

Had to get a smoking room blankets had burn holes, pillows were dirty, we had booked for 4 people and when i asked for 4 towels she got upset and handed me 2 than i had to ask please can i have 2 more so we can all shower and she gave me the other 2 and told me to make sure i left them all in the room. Some lights didnt work. The pool is only open til 7pm so we only got to swim 1 evening due to other other events.

When we walked in the room the floor, sheets and towels were dirty. There was dried food on the dresser top. The freezer on the fridge had a half layer of brown ice in it. The tub was dirty. The room smelled horrible. But we were stuck. We were there for our son's graduation ceremony from Fort Jackson and nothing else was available. And the hot breakfast was cold and unimpressive.

The breakfast was good and had a number of food options. The lady at the breakfast room was welcoming.
