Location was excellent for us. We know the area and enjoy many of the delicious restaurants nearby. We felt at home in the quiet room.

Wish breakfast had lasted a little longer.

The lady working the check in counter upon our arrival was phenomenal. You could tell she really loved her job and she was very kind.

We were very disappointed with our room. It was dirty (I have photos) there was dried up sauce that had been spilled by the mini fridge. The carpet was really stained. There were cob webs in the corners. The overflow came off in the tub while I was washing my one year old son and it released mold everywhere. We went to use the pullout sofa and it had no linens on it revealing gross stains. My kids didn’t want to sleep there so we ended up having the shuffle them out to family around town at 9:30 at night. It was a waste of money as the point was so we could all get good rest together and because we were running around late at night we didn’t get good rest and we weren’t all together. Other then the pool and the woman at check in, it was very disappointing

I liked the friendlyness of the staff.

The charge was different from the time we booked it and the representative wouldn't change it. It was explained and I understood because we had to use a third party.

The breakfast was adequate… we did not know that breakfast was shorter on weekdays —- but the guy working breakfast generously put a few things together for us. He was a great guy … treat him well because he sure deserves it

The Room was nice and spacious but the beds were a bit itchy to sleep in. felt like something was biting us in the bed but we didn’t see anything.

The front desk staff were amazing and so welcoming! Was given a charging cord for my phone, allowed fo have a late checkout, friendly smiles, it was incredible!

Desk staff less than friendly they could not find reservation in their system. They found on another computer slow to find it. $50 a night for small well behaved dog is too high. Mildew under counter/sink In bathroom. Bathroom door needs repair at bottom of it. TV remote did not have cover for battery compartment.

the customer service is poor. I drove and hour and a half away and was told that they would not honor my booking and could not accommodate us. I will never stay at this place. the are rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers they encounter

Had to leave earlier than breakfast was offered, but times I have stayed before the breakfast had good variety and was fresh
