Kids really enjoyed the breakfast! The location was perfect for us... right off the interstate and close to the concert venue we were attending that night! Staff was pleasant and always helpful.

Front desk attendant did her job, but wasn't very welcoming. The hotel was being remodeled and front desk didn't bother to tell us (she didn't talk at all during check-in). Pool was closed and dirty.

There was a loud part in the room beside me beginning at 3 AM on the night of my stay. This did not end - extended all night. My room was at end of hall with the party being beside my unit - I would have had to walk by this room to leave the room - go to the elevator - and could not see into the hallway without opening my door. I called the front desk at 6 am - party still going on. Requested a male employee to escort me to the elevator and downstairs - I felt like my situation was unsafe - he could hear the party going on when he came to my door. He was the only staffer there and I handed him my room cards and left. Felt afraid and wanted out of the premises. Called the hotel that afternoon. Was told the manager would not be in until 8 am the next morning. Called then and got a very uncaring response - told that the people who were in that room were workers and were staying there refurbishing hotel and no one else has complained. She said that I should have called the from desk that night - but I was afraid that I could be next door to people with guns - the party sounded fueled - really, I should have called police. I have called the corporate office and have had a lackluster response. Don't stay here - it is dirty - not run well and is not adequately staffed to handle the facility. Also the so called corporate office does not care. Especially don't stay here if you are a woman alone.

The fire alarm kept going off. Very annoying !!
