Half the channels don't work on TV. Was told the room was ready at check in but it was filthy.

We stayed here for one night while we were traveling back home to Illinois. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean inside the rooms and the exterior of the hotel was clean. It's rare to find those things in an inexpensive hotel. I would stay here again if ever in the area.

The continental breakfast was coffee, juice, honey buns and mini muffins. I feel like there should have been a few more options available.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I booked this place because of the pool and the continental breakfast. The pool was shut down. The breakfast was a joke. All you could have was a muffin and even going down at 8 o'clock it was shut down by then. Nothing but drug activity and prostitution coming and going out of the place. Couldn't sleep the few days because of pounding noise and drugs at all hours. People tried to come into other rooms. I didn't feel safe enough to sleep without getting up every few hours. House keeping couldnt read the do not disturb signs and just walk into room so no privacy. I found a dead bird outside my room door that was so rotted it had to be there for longer than a week or 2. When I first got their they gave me a key to someone else's room. You could ever find staff except at 7 am after that forget about it. Cigarette burn in blankets. We ended up leaving early due to finding cockroaches in my room. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Just the location

What is started off all bad. Once I got there my room was not ready and I got there 2 hours later than when I was supposed to. My room was supposed to be ready at 2:00. I got there at 4:00. Then during the course of me checking out, I decided to check a few things and realize that the property charged me for my stay when I had already paid booking.com. I showed the guy the receipts on Sunday where I had paid on the 26th and he said he will get back with me and I never heard anything from him. So I got charged twice for room that wasn't even worth that much money. The ice machine was broken. The pool was down. But I made the best of it and I'm still trying to get my money back but can't nobody give me no answers. I checked out on Sunday. Call back on Tuesday to see if I can get some answers and they still did not have no answers about my money. All I want is my 152 back. I done paid it once. Shouldn't have to pay it again. So yeah I would not recommend this place for anybody.

I don’t like where it’s located. The seats were burnt and the air conditioning wasn’t worth it. I was hot and there was a Roach in there

It was a bottom end room, small, room was really hot, loud AC, bed linen was musty, towels were paper thin, shower curtain was too short and didn't keep water off the floor. Got bites, only stayed one night

The rooms are very dirty and the floors are not clean at all. They false advertised the pool to be open during summer and it was not. I was very disappointed as the pool was the main reason for me to book the hotel for my kids.
