Location

It was good

The location was great for those going to Lookout Mountain attractions. A good price.

Room had odors we went and bought air freshener. There are places that are worn and need maintenance

Good location and clean

They came when we were out and took the towels and didn't replace them, so after a shower, I had to go to the lobby and get towels

Nice location could've been a little cheaper wasn't that fancy of a room but over all nice place

Either a cheaper price or more amenities for the price

The staff was nice,and location was good.

Rooms are very outdated,the smell of mildew was very bad.

The towels were dirty!

Breakfast disappointing. No bread or pastry (muffins or bagels or anything!) except biscuits w/out gravy.

Roaches and breakfast was just so simple

Staff did not greet me when checking in. She was on her cell phone. Elevator was acting up. Carpets in halls were dirty and stained. Pool needed cleaning.

Had bed bugs and blood on the mattress floors where disgusting and dogs running down the hallways

killed a cockroach as soon as I opened the mini fridge. Hallway had a very strong stale smoke smell cockroach

Very little sound isolation within the rooms. Woke up several times throughout the night due to do hearing everything outside our door, which is rare for us. No other major issues here, but we did not get a good nights sleep in the room we had.

The Room was clean.

The Staff at front desk Cheryl i believe was bad at customer service, even laughed in our face when we inquired about the 1 elevator being broken. The pool wasn't even open. Our stay was miserable. We wanted to leave a day early but the front desk staff would not accommodate. Worst stay ever and they were especially prejudiced against third party bookings. Would not recommend.

I like that the location was near everything you need from a super Walmart to a bunch of restaurants. 

I didn’t like the big drop hill that you have to drive up to get to the front door. I really did not like that the pool was not open, but we did go the week before memorial day.

The location

Waited 15 minutes to get someone to check me in. Old, uncomfortable mattresses. Barking dogs and crying babies seemingly all night. That's not the hotel's fault. But I mentioned that to the front desk as I was checking out and her only response was to roll her eyes. Staying elsewhere going forward.

The room was nice, clean, quiet. Thank you for having Queen beds (doubles just don't work for us). Breakfast was good,

I would have liked to have a microwave so I could melt my butter on my waffle. Only one side of the waffle batter worked. The cinnamon was broken.

Not much.

It was very outdated, and our entire floor smelled like human feces when we walked out in the moning.

Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Loved the ice water by front entrance. Could not hear neighbors. Treadmill good. Breakfast was GREAT! Good variety of cold and hot.
