Room didn’t have a microwave ☹️☹️☹️

Quality Inn does NOT exist is Pecos. I Booked and Paid for a room thru Booking.com and hotel isn't even there!!! So disappointing. Not to mention the inconvenience y'all put me thru!!!!

The fact that migrants were working all around the facility, and working at night, playing loud music. The room wasn't clean

Room was clean Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet since only 7 rooms available to guests. Saturday so no construction was being done.

Everything! Hotel was a disaster! Under renovation so construction debris everywhere. Conditions poor and dangerous to guests and hotel staff. Sidewalks halfway removed with rebar in new areas waiting for new cement but nothing blocked off to keep people safe. Huge hole in hotel courtyard where pool had been removed. Curtains and doors covered in paint and drywall mud. Construction workers and heavy equipment in public areas No breakfast since restaurant area was destroyed

My room choice was "Accessible" but it was not Accessible and only rooms available were upstairs and there us no elevator. So I had to struggle so hard to get myself and my bag to the room. The hotel is under construction and they need to wait until construction is complete. I am totally dissatisfied and want my money back.

The advertised breakfast was not available. The property apparently is being sold and currently is undergoing major reconstruction.

No hot water, no coffee available for the coffeemaker, no breakfast, some electric outlets didn’t work, dirt and debris everywhere, luggage cart was filled with torn out flooring and not available. Being in our eighties, luggage was difficult to carry.

It is close to Interstate. The hotel had made arrangements for breakfast at a motel across the road.

it is under renovation, no lighted sign out front and dirt & dust in lobby and hallways. The room was clean but tv did not work, the refrigerator did not work and there was no basket for the coffee maker. I gave a list to the staff on checkout and suggested that a credit be given for the three items; however in checking my credit card statement I see no credit was provided. I have used Booking.com for years and this is the first time I have been totally unsatisfied! This hotel should not have been listed. After driving for 15 hours from MS to arrive at this poor excuse for a motel was a total disappointment.
