Great breakfast

It was hot in the whole place. Front desk employee could have been nicer

They had to switch us rooms due to the one we originally was in smelt like cigarettes. Then when we were getting ready for bed we found bed bugs!!!

What I did not like: I could only take a shower, the hot water was cold and the cold water was hot (when turning on the shower). No one came to pick up the trash, so trash bags were just in the room and there was a trash bag sitting outside the door of the room before mine for at least two days and was still sitting there when I left Sunday. Also could your staff make sure that the sheets and bedding is washed thoroughly. This is the hotel where I stay often when I visit Gonzales and this is the first time that I have experienced so much disorganization and lack of attentiveness. I do realize that it was come and take weekend and the hotel was full; however, that is not an excuse for not tending to what should be done on a daily basis, also no guest should be put in a room that is not ready. No one should pay for a room and be uncomfortable or get inside the room and realize certain things are not working or not working the way it should. I just don't want this to become the norm because I really do like staying at this hotel. Thank you-Rachelle

We Always stay at this hotel when we visit town. Very Clean and friendly staff.

Bed was very comfy--even the pillows and we're really picky about pillows. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal for us.

An extremely busy weekend for the town made breakfast on Sat. morning sketchy by the time we got down for it around 8:30. Bathroom lighting was dim and bulbs grew dimmer as the weekend progressed. Sign in the room said linens would be changed every third day of our stay, which was fine, but there was no maid/room service at all; first time in my life the bed hasn't been made while we were guests in a hotel.

Breakfast was ok, they didn't have waffles as expected.
