the first room we were in was not clean. the sheets had hair all over them as well as dark brown stains on the sheets on both beds. we asked to switch room and they did with no problem but the next rooms bathroom didn’t seem very clean and the bathtub was stained brown or still dirty so we skipped on showering that night.

The front desk was accommodating and provided us with what she said was a handicapped room on our first stay on December 21st (which the majority of this review addresses). The bed was comfortable and clean, and everything in it worked as expected. Our 2nd stay on December 27th was very disappointing. Neither the phone (when we attempted to reach the front desk to say we'd asked for a handicapped room - which was denied, but we made both reservations at the same time!), nor the heater when we tried to warm the room up, worked at all. :(

We requested a handicapped room for both stays. This room on the 21st was presented as handicapped; however, the toilet was lower than even a normal commode, and handicapped facilities are usually higher to accommodate those handicaps. Also, the shower did have a number of hand rails, but most were above bath height; the bath had a normal tub, not a zero height shower entry, with a seat, which meant bathing or showering were not possible. Altho the room had a bell outside and multiple handrails at shower height, being handicapped meant getting into tub was not possible.

This was the 2d night we spent, they were non-consecutive stays. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was outstanding and, except for what must have been spilled clear nail polish on the nightstand, the room was clean.

Phones didn't work (discovered after trying to reach the front desk to advise her this wasn't a handicapped room as we had requested - we made both reservations at the same time and received what was indicated as a handicapped room on the 21st); this stay on the 27th, the front desk told us we did not request a handicapped room and they had none available. The heater didn't work and the room was cold. The clogger upstairs did not stop stomping until late. Since it was not a handicapped room, a shower or bath was not possible.

Convenient location; delicious breakfast; sweet staff; comfortable room (good size to hang out and visit with family)

I liked the pool and the breakfast.

Nothing in the fitness center worked. My room was kind of cleaned. The trash in my room was never taken out through the 4-5 days I stayed there. The only thing that got done was the towels. We also had no toilet for the last 2 days of our trip.

The location was fine as it was right on the loop. I didn't eat breakfast as I'm not a morning eater.

The front desk clerk could have been more cheerful. He seemed like he didn't want to be there and helping someone check-in seemed like a chore.

Cleanliness the room had crickets as I found out on check out day good thing the A/C was loud so I couldn't hear them chirping
