How clean it was, the free shuttle to the airport

The bed was very hard, and I had a very hard time to sleep due to it. As well as the fridge would be very noisy sometimes.

Close to airport. Free shuttle from hotel to airport. Decent rates.

Old hotel. In need of new everything. We had planned to stay there again on our return to Salt Lake City at the end of our two week vacation but changed our reservation to another hotel.

Staff was very helpful and nice.

Coffee machine was the worst I’ve ever seen

The room was nice and adequate. Sufficient parking.

Maintenance was lacking. Remote for t.v. didn't work and was called in around 3-4PM ,maintenance didn't call back until late P.M. to fix the issue. Was the only issue we had on the trip.

Breakfast was very good. The room was a good size for our family of 4 (using 2 queen-sized beds). Check-in was very easy. Shower water pressure was good and the water was hot.

The only thing that wasn't perfect (and I understand this is due to frequent use and age of the building) was that the fiberglass/plastic tub looked mildewed/stained and the during a shower, water splashed onto the floor (the curtain wasn't quite long or wide enough) and one could tell that this had happened a lot as the linoleum on the bathroom floor was curled up a bit from water damage.

need better pillow selection/choices, they were all very thick square pillow more like what you find on a sofa..

We wanted a place that was close to the airport as we had an early morning flight. The hotel exceeded our expectations. IT was very close to the airport, clean, room was very large and it had everything we needed!

The bathtub needs to be replaced, felt like you were going to fall through.

The breakfast was good

We had to wait for a hour on the shuttle to pick us up. The East location driver told us that we had to call them to let them know that we were here. That’s not a shuttle service imo. Shuttle services show up on a timely basis. Taxi services need to be called. The holiday inn shuttle showed up 3 times during this time and is literally next door. Hint hint. We tried calling and the phone system didn’t work. The lady that drove the other shuttle to the East location radioed in for them to call the west location to let them know they had 6 people waiting on them. The driver made no apologies however the clerk that was on duty in the morning did but wouldn’t adjust the rate She gave us a note to give us a discount for our next stay. Close but no cigar. The holiday inn is next door!

How about an ice bucket in the room? However it did not matter as there was no ice in the ice machine on my floor anyway...frustrating....

Price, shuttle service to and from airport, & breakfast.

Check in took a little longer. Only one person there to check-in, answer phone and notify shuttle driver to go to the airport. Last minute bookings caused by Southwest flight cancellations. She did a great job just wish she could have gotten help.

The location by the airport was great! The room was spacious and comfortable.

Limited parking. Not a major issue.

There was a couch with foldout bed in our room which was excellent for our son to sleep on. everything felt clean and comfortable. we also loved that there was a machine to make hot chocolate in and 24-hour juice. They also payed for an Uber to take us to the airport.

There was nothing outstanding about this property. The staff was friendly but didn’t outweigh the problems this property has.

Our wasn’t cleaned, there was evidence of toothpaste residue all over our counter. The shower water didn’t get hot and the curtain didn’t fit the length of the shower so it got water all over the bathroom.
