Breakfast was very decent with several choices for everyone, yet the coffee was too bad for the hotel of this quality, so many other worse places could boast of better blends! Please make better coffee, please!

Everything was really fine except morning coffee.

From Thu, June 21 to June 25, my wife and I traveled to Waynesboro, VA to assist my elderly mother in Law with her critical abdominal surgery st Augusta Health hospital and transfer to the rehabilitation site. On Saturday, May 24, at approximately 1030 a.m., the hotel ectrical power was lost to half of the hotel, affecting our room. Electrical power was not repaired until approximately Sunday, 1 am. No monetary compensation, apology or information about the loss of electricity was offered to us by hotel staff during our checkout. Overall, we are very disappointed about our hotel experience, despite dealing with our family emergency

The hotel lost power Saturday, June 24 around 3pm as we were getting ready for a wedding. I went to the wedding with wet hair and had to put makeup on in car. We came back from the wedding and the hotel was still without power. Our room was like a sauna and we waited for over an hour life the electricity to come back on. My biggest disappointment is with the staff and management. I saw no effort being made to inform the guests on what was going on. I wanted to go to another hotel but no one was at front desk to talk to.

I was pleased that Dennis Campbell was able to make the change in the time that we required. he has a wonderful disposition and demeanor. he noted the things that he is going to have Mr. Johnson the Maintenace person on staff address. while the stay was very short it was a joy to have meet Dennis, and should I need to return I will choose the comfort Inn.

the staff was super friendly! Everything was very clean and well appointed. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Close to everything. I felt very safe staying there as a single woman.
