I like the evening staff, room size was good, bed was comfortable

Breakfast was way over cooked, there was no signs on where to potty the dog, the shower was not clean, motel was very 80's dated, the grounds around the motel was not clean, over grown grass and weeds, homeless vehicles lined one side of the motel street, I was refused a room check after my stay with my dog so I could get my refund. I will never stay there again.!!!!

Dirty/dingy facilities. Very old furniture in rooms that were stained.

The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. It was filthy and there was a homeless camp on the property. Never ever again

Breakfast OK under the circumstances Room service was terrible & didn’t get room cleaned until 4:30 & then we emptied the garbage & found towels ourselves. Also cleaning staff did not leave toilet paper or coffee.

Booking. Com sucks. The pictures on the web made the room look far more modern and comfortable and with better amenities then what it really had. We thought the room we were booking would be a 7 or 8 out of 10, what we got was a three or 4 out of 10. Booking.com is worthless I could have gotten the same or better price from anywhere and you can't change crap once you do.

Front desk was charming and Covid careful.

Room was not vacuumed. Picked up much food stuffs from beside bed on carpet. Elevator carpet filthy. Bathtub scrunchie from previous guest still hanging in room. Balcony was filthy. This hotel has most certainly not followed any sort of cleansing protocols. Lawn was 11” in height complete with last winters debris. Zero effort to upkeep the outside or rooms. Place needs a complete revamp of the rooms and chambermaids need to be a lot more careful. And hire a landscaper or something. Seriously messy and unappealing. But keep the front desk clerk. She’s a really nice lady

Room was spacious with whirlpool tub that we wanted. Desk clerk Ryan was very friendly and helpful. The cost of the room was a good value versus other inns in the area. A hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage links, potatoes, toast was served up in individual meal boxes along with a water & banana that you take back to your room.

The facility shows its age and wear in places. A $50 security deposit was required but not shown on the booking.com site and it will take a # of days for it to be credited back to my card. Housekeeping did nothing to room before 2nd night stay & I had to find them to ask for more coffee packs for next morning. We appreciated the hot breakfast but having some other fruit, granola bars and/or yogurt available would have been nice for people who can't do eggs, meat, potatoes, bread. Had packets of ketsup for the taters but no butter/margarine for the not so toasted white toast.
