The breakfast was decent, the pool was nice for kids. Wish there was a depper area for adults though

No opportunity to buy extra wrist bands for the pool, saw lots of cob webs and spider webs inside and out. Also a bit out dated

We didn’t eat breakfast. Had an early appointment and left before we could get breakfast.

Lower rates on the Presidential suite during less than peak times. Need to make sure the bathrooms are clean including the toilet. Lighting to get to the bathroom not adequate for walking from the bedroom to the bathroom in the dark.

We love staying here to swim its perfect for the littles and the slightly older. The staff is always nice and very accommodating!! This is always my first choice when staying in a hotel!

I hate that the pool closes so early. It would be awesome if there were night time adult hours. I could kill to soak in the jacuzzi without my screaming children even for just 30 min

The suite was perfect to accmodate the 6 of us.

The pool is great for kids twelve and under loved it

I went to make my bed the next day and Discovered big p*** spots in my blanket. I was so disgusted then. We pulled out the couch bed and. And it was nasty underneath there plus there were clothes underneath there And there was dust on a few things.

We didnt like the overall experience. The pictures they show on their site doesnt correspond to reality of how it actually looks when u get there.

The mini water park is fun for the kids! Just beware, there was mold and ripped nets, water was cold. But it was still fun and convenient since it’s inside the hotel. One thing I will say is that the staff was so kind and accommodating. They changed our room immediately. The second room didn’t have a working refrigerator and we unfortunately didn’t find out until later that night after we got back from buying some groceries and they were quick to come and replace the fridge to make sure our food didn’t spoil.

The first room we got smelled so bad. There was a used towel (still wet) hanging behind the door and the carpet was wet. Then I went to open the curtains and the wallpaper was peeling off and it was full of mold! U could see the mold on the wall behind the wallpaper!

The shower was amazing. The manager of the restaurant,Jerry, was the best and tried to help me with the MANY problems with the room and the hotel staff.

I got a room with a jacuzzi and it wasn't working. Refrigerator did not work. Remote for the TV did not work. Water came in to my room through a wall and soaked all my clothes and luggage. The staff was of no help and clueless as to how to work anything on the rooms I asked for a manager five times from right after check in and up to the day we checked out. Finally got in contact a day after check out and he was just defensive and rude. Needs to learn de-escalation. Smh. Said he owns the hotel but he doesn't know what to do to help me and wants to ask the kitchen manager what he should do, said he has my number if he needs to reach me and hung up. I had.to hook the cable to the TV myself. The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom for shower. Couldn't get housekeeping.,my daughter's headphones and towel were stolen And someone deficated I'm their pool. Also the staff is lazy and rude, couldn't even get us the menu for room service, that's supplied in the rooms but not in ours. And that's how I met Jerry the manager from the restaurant in the hotel. Who also helped fill the fridge with ice so I didn't have to throw out all our food. He supplied me the menu and a kids menu, and saw my frustration and bought me a drink and provided the hotel managers name and info.
